The past year has seen an unprecedented preoccupation with late-night television. At times the media circus surrounding this previously under-appreciated daypart seemed out of control. Against this back-drop, Home Office and Brillstein-Grey Entertainment have created an inventive—and brilliant—lampoon of late-night. The cast (including Garry Shandling, Rip Torn, and Jeffrey Tambor) and the writing (by Peter Tolan, Maya Fortes and others) brings a level of realism and insight unusual in television comedy. As the program deftly moves from the mythical live-on-tape talk show to filmed behind-the-scenes segments, the wall between reality and illusion is blurred. The result is brilliant satire set alongside the typical chat and light entertainment of the talk genre. Brad Pitt attended the wedding of his business partner Brad Grey and Grey s bride Cassandra Huysentruyt Saturday in Beverly Hills. Conspicuously absent was Pitt s life-partner Angelina Jolie. Even more conspicuous was the absence of Pitt s ex-wife Jennifer Aniston with whom Pitt and Grey created the production company Plan B in 2002.
Brad Grey is now CEO of Paramount Pictures and has been since 2005 but a few years before he took over at the studio he managed Pitt and Aniston s business venture. After Pitt and Aniston split Pitt and Grey moved the company to the Paramount lot and continued on without Aniston. Still the Friends actress was and is a good friend of the Hollywood mogul so it s a bit surprising she wouldn t attend his wedding ... except that her ex was there ... which leads us to believe publicists and handlers were involved ... and a phone call or two from Grey to his two A-list pals ...
You think Jen was worried she d run into Angelina since she knew Brad would be there Or would running into Brad be uncomfortable enough Our vote goes for a carefully orchestrated dis-invitation on the part of Grey to Aniston and a really nice gift from David Orgell sent by Aniston to Grey with regrets.

Under Grey’s leadership, Paramount finished No. 1 in global market share in 2011 and No. 2 domestically in 2008, 2009 and 2010 despite releasing significantly fewer films than its competitors.
Since arriving at Paramount in 2005, Chairman and CEO Brad Grey has led a return to fortune at the box office. He has overseen the creation or revitalization of several major franchises, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Star Trek, and Paranormal Activity, which was made for $15,000 and generated $192 million at the global box office.Paranormal Activity 2 grossed $177 million worldwide, and the third installment in the franchise collected $205.7 million worldwide in 2011. A fourth installment is scheduled for release in October 2012. The studio’s industry-leading 2011 results included Transformers: Dark of the Moon, which grossed more than $1.1 billion worldwide, and Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol, whose $600 million-plus global box office tally makes it the most successful entry in that franchise. William Bradley "Brad" Pitt (born December 18, 1963) is an American actor and film producer. Pitt has received four Academy Award nominations and five Golden Globe Award nominations, winning one Golden Globe. He has been described as one of the world's most attractive men, a label for which he has received substantial media attention.
Pitt first gained recognition as a cowboy hitchhiker in the road movie Thelma & Louise (1991). His first leading roles in big-budget productions came with A River Runs Through It (1992), Interview with the Vampire (1994), and Legends of the Fall (1994). In 1995, he gave critically acclaimed performances in the crime thriller Seven and the science fiction film 12 Monkeys, the latter earning him a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor and an Academy Award nomination. Four years later, Pitt starred in the cult hit Fight Club. He then starred in the major international hit Ocean's Eleven (2001) and its sequels, Ocean's Twelve (2004) and Ocean's Thirteen (2007). His greatest commercial successes have been Troy (2004) and Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005). Pitt received his second and third Academy Award nominations for his leading performances in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008) and Moneyball (2011). In addition, Pitt owns a production company, Plan B Entertainment, whose productions include The Departed (2006), which won the Academy Award for Best Picture, and Moneyball, which garnered a Best Picture nomination.

After a pilot was ordered in 1997, the show premiered on the premium cable network HBO in the United States on January 10, 1999, and ended its original run of six seasons and 86 episodes on June 10, 2007. The series then went through syndication and has been broadcast on A&E; in the United States and internationally. The Sopranos was produced by HBO, Chase Films, and Brad Grey Television. It was primarily filmed at Silvercup Studios, New York City, and on location in New Jersey. The executive producers throughout the show's run were David Chase, Brad Grey, Robin Green, Mitchell Burgess, Ilene S. Landress, Terence Winter, and Matthew Weiner.
The Sopranos has been regarded by some as the greatest television series of all time. The series also won a multitude of awards, including Peabody Awards for its first two seasons, 21 Emmy Awards and five Golden Globe Awards. A staple of 2000s American popular culture, the series has been the subject of critical analysis, controversy, and parody. It has spawned booksa video game, high-charting soundtrack albums, and a large amount of assorted merchandise. Several members of the show's cast and crew who were previously largely unknown to the public have had successful careers after The Sopranos.In 2013, the Writers Guild of America named The Sopranos the best-written TV series of all time, while TV Guide ranked it the best television series of all time.

It seems that with every passing day comes another Fifty Shades of Grey casting rumor. One of the most popular choices to take on the role of Christian Grey is none other than the oh-so charming Bradley Cooper.
Well, we caught up with Bradley over the weekend, where he told us exclusively... that, well, he hasn't even read the book!

Alright, so it seems Bradley isn't going to be taking on the role of Christian in the film adaptation of the movie... but other rumored actors that are said to be in the running include Ian Sommerhalder, Ryan Gosling, Alexander Skarsgard and Henry Cavill.
As for which actresses are garnering the most buzz to take on Anastasia Steele. We've heard the choices range from Shailene Woodley, Amanda Seyfried, Alexis Bledel and Lucy Hale.
