Jan Brewer is there to help Donald Trump overcome one major obstacle when it comes to the majority of voters choosing him as the next President of the United States. With both misogynistic and racism claims against Trump, there might be one way to shake at least one of those accusations. USA Today reported on Monday that former Arizona Governor Jan Brewer would be willing to be Trump’s vice president.
With Republicans like Jeb Bush and Lindsay Graham both saying that the will not vote for Trump because he is not conservative enough, it has caused a rift in the Republican Party. It also doesn’t help that Speaker of the House Paul Ryan has refused to give his endorsement until Trump stops bullying and shows more of a conservative political base. Ryan actually said that he would step down as the chairman of the Republican National Committee to help his party survive.
However, there are also people who are supporting Trump, and that includes Bob Dole, Dick Cheney, Sarah Palin, and now Jan Brewer. When she was asked if she felt Trump needed a female vice president in order to win, Salon reported that Brewer said that she didn’t think he did. She then made an interesting comment that the “woman thing has gotten way out of control.”
As for Brewer joining Trump, she still said that she would love to have her name considered when looking for a vice president. Other names on the list include Marco Rubio, Condoleezza Rice, Mary Fallin, and Newt Gingrich. Jan Brewer wants to be added to that list of names.
