In the early 1990s his beats came from mostly a TR-808 and from mid-to-late 2000s, a TR-909 was used. In 1985, Too Short and Freddie B. formed the label Dangerous Music to regionally distribute his music and with others formed rap group The Dangerous Crew. Dangerous Music became Short Records, and then Up All Nite Records. With his 1989 release, Life Is...Too Short, he began using replayed established funk riffs (rather than samples) with his beats.

The Flåm Railway (Flåmsbana) winds its way from Flam nestled in the innermost corner of the Aurlandfjord. to Myrdal, 865 metres above,
Each year, this exciting stretch of railway attracts people from all corners of the world, making the Flåm Railway one of Norway's major and most spectacular tourist attractions.
The train journey provides some of Norway's wildest and most magnificent scenery. On the 20-kilometre long train ride you can see rivers that cut through deep ravines, waterfalls cascade down the side of steep, snow-capped mountains and mountain farms that cling dizzily to sheer slopes.
The Flåm Railway is one of the world's steepest railway lines on normal gauge. The gradient is 55/1000 on almost 80% of the line. The twisting tunnels that spiral in and out of the mountain are manifestations of the most daring and skilful engineering in Norwegian railway history.
At the foot of the mountains you can enjoy the natural beauty of the Flåm Valley and admire the majestic Aurlandfjord, a branch of Norway's longest fjord, the Sognefjord.

Andy’s amp setup today…
Andy runs a stereo rig from his pedals and the G3 switcher. All the pedals go into the front of amps, no effects loops.
Today, one side is a Two-Rock Classic Reverb Signature into a Mesa 212 cab with EVM12L speakers (bottom/closed speaker only).
The other side is a Two-Rock TS-1 combo with a TR1265B speaker.
We set the amps up to sound as similar as possible with plenty of headroom for all of Andy’s pedals to go straight into the front end.

Multimedia and Accessibility
Historic representations of people with disabilities in film and television - positive and negative - are straightforward to find. Ironically, few of these portrayals include appropriate accessibility support such as captions or audio descriptions to enable everyone to critically examine the content.
This talk will focus on accessibility techniques to improve access to multimedia content. Real world examples will be pulled from content such as “The Facts of Life”, “Flowers for Algernon”, “The Miracle Worker”, and “St. Elsewhere”.
Each example will include demonstrations of techniques for ensuring that the content is available to everyone with a focus on understanding how the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 apply.
Speaker Bio:
Thomas Logan has spent the past fourteen years assisting organizations to create technology solutions that work for people with disabilities. His company Equal Entry (http://equalentry.com) focuses on "Contributing to a more accessible world" through evangelism and expert technology review and recommendations. Over his career he has worked on project deliverables for over ten government agencies and over sixty private organizations. He has delivered over one hundred trainings about how to build accessible information communication technology.

Restaurants and ADA
Are restaurants keeping up with ADA regulations? How much do their staffs actually know and understand about these requirements and the needs of the disability community? David Friedman will explore these questions and speak about what he has learned after reviewing more than 100 restaurants in the NYC area and beyond on food, service, and accessibility. He will speak about his experience working with staff at three Shake Shack locations in Manhattan to improve their service to the disability community, and how other restaurants have had the opposite reaction to his feedback.
Speaker Bio:
David Friedman is a 39 year-old foodie living in NYC who happens to be disabled. He uses a wheelchair. In August 2014 he noticed a need for accessibility information as it pertains to restaurants, food markets, food events, and anywhere else a foodie might venture, so he created his blog, The Disabled Foodie (http://thedisabledfoodie.com), to provide as much of this information as he can to the disability community. He has been featured in amNY, Disability News New York, wheel:life, Accomable.com, Abilities.com, Disability Horizons, and on the podcasts, The Sporkful, The Splendid Table, and Greater Than. He lives in Queens with his husband and two dogs. He works as a teacher for his full-time job.

Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report talks to John Anderson (former Deputy Prime Minister of Australia). John is the host of “Conversations with John Anderson” where he talks to some of the world’s foremost thought leaders. John previously interviewed Dave and Jordan Peterson while they were in Australia on the 12 Rules for Life tour. John shares his thoughts on the contemporary challenges with the current political landscape in Western societies. John talks about the importance of robust dialogue and vigorous debate between all political sides. As he has famously once said "You can not get good public policy out of a bad public debate." John shares his concern over the loss of the virtue of prudence, and how the loss of prudence has led to voters expecting too much from their politicians, but also politicians making too many promises that won’t be kept. He also ponders how we’ve robbed our children and grandchildren through our mistakes of the things we’ve taken for granted. John also shares his thoughts on the new caste system that he sees developing around victimhood, intersectionality, and identity politics. John discusses his concerns over how social media and cancel culture makes all of our mistakes semi permanent when a mistake we made 30 years ago can suddenly come back and destroy a life, a job or a political career. He finishes by highlighting some of the myths Americans have about Australia.
