عثمان عريوات (1948 امدوكال الجزائر) ممثل جزائري يعتبر نجم السينما الجزائرية دون منازع ولد في مدينة أمدوكال ولاية باتنة وفيها درس مرحلته الابتدائية، في سن العشر سنوات رحل رفقة عائلته إلى الجزائر العاصمة.
يعتبر من وجوه الجيل الثاني للسينما الجزائرية حيث ان بروزه كان في بداية التسعينات من القرن الماضي وازدادت شهرته بعد وفاة الفنان حسن الحسني لكونه أراد الاقتراب من نموذجه في التمثيل باختيار الشخصية الريفية وخاصة في فيلم الطاكسي المخفي 1989 لبن عمر بختي وبالرغم من نحافة جسم عريوات فقد استطاع اتقان تشخيص البطل الشيخ بوعمامة على الشاشة وهو زعيم تاريخي تعود إليه زعامة ثورة 1881-1882 الشهيرة في التاريخ الجزائري المعاصر ، وكان ذلك من خلال فيلم بوعمامة للمخرج بن عمر بختي والمنتج في عام 1984

قتلوه وهو يقرأ كتاب الله ، تقاطر الدم على المصحف، وسقطت الدماء على كلمة{فَسَيَكْفِيكَهُمُ اللهُ} [البقرة:137]

Uthman ibn Affan (Arabic: عثمان بن عفان, strict transliteration: ʻUthmān ibn ʻAffān) (c. 579 – 17 July 656) was one of the companions of Islamic prophet, Muhammad. He played a major role in early Islamic history as the third of the Sunni Rashidun or Rightly Guided Caliphs.
Uthman was born into the Umayyad clan of Mecca, a powerful family of the Quraish tribe. He was a companion of Muhammad who assumed the role of leader (caliph) of the Muslim Empire at the age of 65 following Umar ibn al-Khattab. Under his leadership, the empire expanded into Fars in 650 (present-day Iran), some areas of Khorasan (present-day Afghanistan) in 651 and the conquest of Armenia was begun in the 640s. Some of Uthman's notable achievements were the economic reforms he introduced, and the compilation of the Qur'an into the unified, authoritative text that is known today.
Uthman was born in Ta’if, which is situated on a hill, and the presumption is that he was born during the summer months, since wealthy Meccans usually spent the hot summers in the cooler climate of Ta’if. He was born into the wealthy Umayyad (Banu Umayya) clan of the Quraysh tribe of Mecca, seven years after Muhammad. Uthman's father, Affan, died young while travelling abroad but left a large inheritance to Uthman. Uthman followed the same profession as his father, and his business flourished, making him one of the richest men among the Qurayshi tribe.

عثمان عريوات (1948 امدوكال الجزائر) ممثل جزائري يعتبر نجم السينما الجزائرية دون منازع ولد في مدينة أمدوكال ولاية باتنة وفيها درس مرحلته الابتدائية، في سن العشر سنوات رحل رفقة عائلته إلى الجزائر العاصمة. يعتبر من وجوه الجيل الثاني للسينما الجزائرية حيث ان بروزه كان في بداية التسعينات من القرن الماضي وازدادت شهرته بعد وفاة الفنان حسن الحسني لكونه أراد الاقتراب من نموذجه في التمثيل باختيار الشخصية الريفية وخاصة في فيلم الطاكسي المخفي 1989 لبن عمر بختي وبالرغم من نحافة جسم عريوات فقد استطاع اتقان تشخيص البطل الشيخ بوعمامة على الشاشة وهو زعيم تاريخي تعود إليه زعامة ثورة 1881-1882 الشهيرة في التاريخ الجزائري المعاصر ، وكان ذلك من خلال فيلم بوعمامة للمخرج بن عمر بختي والمنتج في عام 1984 -

When people of Madinah was suffering drought of water and there was sufficient water in a well belonging to one Jew. The Jew named Rumat al Giffari was selling water to the poor inhabitants of Madinah with a high price. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) assured Paradise to those who will buy the well and endow it to the residents of Madina.
Uthman bin Affan Raliya Allahu Anhu at once set out for the Jew and purchased the well in two batches paying a hefty price (38,000 dirham – silver coins – a huge sum in those times) and registered as endowment (وقف) to poor natives of Madinah. Jazaka Allah Khair ya Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan Raliya Allahu Anhu for this prolonged charity. (جزاك الله خيرا يا سيدنا عثمان بن عفان رضي الله عنه لهذه صدقة جارية)
