Plot: While making a phone call from a phone booth in Worli, Mumbai, Bachubhai alias Tony Khosla, a businessman, who lives with his wife, Lakshmi, and a young daughter, is interrupted by a male. He manages to shove him out, but is interrupted again by another male, and when he shoves him out, this male pulls out a gun but is shot dead by a third unknown male. This third male phones Tony and tells him that he was the one that saved his life, and Tony cannot hang-up the phone, and if he does so, he will be shot dead. With crowds, police, and the media descending on the scene, a hapless Tony will be held hostage, his personal life, including his affair with another woman, will be exposed, while the unrelenting sniper takes his time to clarify why he has decided to hold Tony in this situation.

Plot: The film centres around three female supermodels who live and work together. They belong to the international world of fashion and modelling and are top of their game artistes. The girls have unwittingly botched up a diamond delivery to the Middle East. The girls plan to take on the Dons instead of buckling under their threats. They do this by planning India's biggest bank heist and then de-camping with the loot. The Dons have their own hierarchal manipulations - Chotte Mia (Jackie Shroff), Medium Mia (Gulshan Grover) and Bade Miya (Amitabh Bachchan). Chotte wants to be Medium, while Medium wants to be Bade and Bade has nowhere to go except to hold on. Each tries to outwit and outdo each other. They are under the impression that models have more beauty than brains and are not capable of much more than looking good. This gives the girls a fair chance of pulling the wool over their eyes using their sexiness to poach any last vestige of common sense the Dons might have had. Can the three girls see their planning and plotting bear fruit or is their master plan doomed? Can the three Dons outwit them and not get bluffed by their obvious charms?

Jaiprakash wants to see his daughter, but is prevented by Durgaprasad, Janki's dad, so he assumes the guise of a woman, calls himself Laxmi, and starts working as a nanny for his daughter. Complications arise when Durgaprasad gets attracted to Laxmi and wants to marry 'her'.
