To paraphrase the late, great Col. Jeff Cooper, owning a gun doesn’t make you a gunfighter anymore than owning a guitar makes you a musician. You must know how to use it and here, most importantly, WHEN to use it. Do you have the skills to get to your gun in a gunfight?
There are several lessons for firearms carriers here:
1. You must have the empty-handed skills to use the Five Ds in a close-in gunfight BEFORE you try to draw your firearm. Your firearm is a powerful force multiplier but against a drawn gun and with the attention on you, it is not a useful tool. Drawing on a drawn gun with attention on you is a dying man’s game, so make sure to pick the time to draw your gun when you have opportunity to get ahead in initiative and use your firearm effectively.
2. Marksmanship absolutely matters! The second officer had a very small center of mass of the mugger to shoot at, as the rest was covered by an innocent. Taking a headshot on a moving target under duress with rounds coming back at you is not easy by any means, so OWNING the marksmanship portion of the equation without question is an important skill. You don’t want to question whether you can hit a small target!
3. I have said it before and will say it again…spiritual fitness is important. The officer in the first clip didn’t know that it was going to be his last day on earth, and the officer in the second clip was right there as well but thankfully came out on top. Knowing what you fight for is important, but making peace with God before you meet Him is important as well. Don’t put that off.
4. The second officer waited for his opportunity, and that was awesome. He used a submissive posture of hands up, palms out, fingers spread to show submission to the attacker, right up until the attacker wasn’t paying attention anymore. Then, the fight was ON! That is what we call a counter-ambush, and it can be a very effective tactic.
5. Your draw needs to be practiced, smooth, fast, and without a hitch. The first officer took at least 2 if not 3 tries to get the gun out of the holster, likely because he wasn’t absolutely proficient at releasing his retention mechanism. (I can’t tell which retention holster he has on, so I will refrain from speculating) Practice your draw until you can’t get it wrong, ASPers.

Belt (firearms)
A belt or ammunition belt is a device used to retain and feed cartridges into a firearm. Belts and the associated feed systems are typically employed to feed machine guns or other automatic weapons. Belt-fed systems minimize the proportional weight of the ammunition to the feeding device along with allowing high rates of continuous fire.
Belts were originally composed of canvas or cloth with pockets spaced evenly to allow the belt to be mechanically fed into the gun. These designs were prone to malfunctions due to the effects of oil and other contaminants altering the belt. Later belt designs used permanently connected metal links to retain the cartridges during feeding. These belts were more tolerant to exposure to solvents and oil. Many weapons designed to use non-disintegrating or canvas belts are provided with machines to automatically reload these belts with loose rounds or rounds held in stripper clips. In use during World War I, reloaders allowed ammunition belts to be recycled quickly to allow practically continuous fire.

Firearm
A firearm is a portable gun, being a barreled weapon that launches one or more projectiles often driven by the action of an explosive force. The first primitive firearms were invented in 13th century China when the one-person-portable fire lance was combined with projectiles. The technology gradually spread through the rest of East Asia, South Asia, Middle East and then into Europe. In older firearms, the propellant was typically black powder, but modern firearms use smokeless powder or other propellants. Most modern firearms (with the notable exception of smoothbore shotguns) have rifled barrels to impart spin to the projectile for improved flight stability.
Modern firearms are usually described by their caliber (i.e. their bore diameter, this is given in millimeters or inches e.g. 7.5mm, .357) or in the case of shotguns their gauge (e.g. 12 ga.); the type of action employed (muzzle, breech, lever, bolt, pump, revolver, semi-automatic, automatic etc.) together with the usual means of deportment (hand-held or mechanical mounting). They may be further distinguished by reference to the type of barrel used (rifled) and the barrel length (19 inch), the design's primary intended use (e.g. hunting rifle), or the commonly accepted name for a particular variation (e.g. Gatling gun). The word firearms usually is used in a sense restricted to small arms (weapons that can be carried by a single person), whereas the word artillery covers larger gunpowder-fired weapons.

This is why you don't draw on a drawn gun!
To paraphrase the late, great Col. Jeff Cooper, owning a gun doesn’t make you a gunfighter anymore than owning a guitar makes you a musician. You must know how to use it and here, most importantly, WHEN to use it. Do you have the skills to get to your gun in a gunfight? There are several lessons for firearms carriers here: 1. You must have the empty-handed skills to use the Five Ds in a close-in gunfight BEFORE you try to draw your firearm. Your firearm is a powerful force multiplier but against a drawn gun and with the attention on you, it is not a useful tool. Drawing on a drawn gun with attention on you is a dying man’s game, so make sure to pick the time to draw your gun when you have opportunity to get ahead in initiative and use your firearm effectively. 2. To paraphrase the late, great Col. Jeff Cooper, owning a gun doesn’t make you a gunfighter anymore than owning a guitar makes you a musician. You must know how to use it and here, most importantly, WHEN to use it. Do you have the skills to get to your gun in a gunfight?
There are several lessons for firearms carriers here:
1. You must have the empty-handed skills to use the Five Ds in a close-in gunfight BEFORE you try to draw your firearm. Your firearm is a powerful force multiplier but against a drawn gun and with the attention on you, it is not a useful tool. Drawing on a drawn gun with attention on you is a dying man’s game, so make sure to pick the time to draw your gun when you have opportunity to get ahead in initiative and use your firearm effectively.
2. Marksmanship absolutely matters! The second officer had a very small center of mass of the mugger to shoot at, as the rest was covered by an innocent. Taking a headshot on a moving target under duress with rounds coming back at you is not easy by any means, so OWNING the marksmanship portion of the equation without question is an important skill. You don’t want to question whether you can hit a small target!
3. I have said it before and will say it again…spiritual fitness is important. The officer in the first clip didn’t know that it was going to be his last day on earth, and the officer in the second clip was right there as well but thankfully came out on top. Knowing what you fight for is important, but making peace with God before you meet Him is important as well. Don’t put that off.
4. The second officer waited for his opportunity, and that was awesome. He used a submissive posture of hands up, palms out, fingers spread to show submission to the attacker, right up until the attacker wasn’t paying attention anymore. Then, the fight was ON! That is what we call a counter-ambush, and it can be a very effective tactic.
5. Your draw needs to be practiced, smooth, fast, and without a hitch. The first officer took at least 2 if not 3 tries to get the gun out of the holster, likely because he wasn’t absolutely proficient at releasing his retention mechanism. (I can’t tell which retention holster he has on, so I will refrain from speculating) Practice your draw until you can’t get it wrong, ASPers.

This is why you don't draw on a drawn gun!
To paraphrase the late, great Col. Jeff Cooper, owning a gun doesn’t make you a gunfighter anymore than owning a guitar makes you a musician. You must know how to use it and here, most importantly, WHEN to use it. Do you have the skills to get to your gun in a gunfight? There are several lessons for firearms carriers here: 1. You must have the empty-handed skills to use the Five Ds in a close-in gunfight BEFORE you try to draw your firearm. Your firearm is a powerful force multiplier but against a drawn gun and with the attention on you, it is not a useful tool. Drawing on a drawn gun with attention on you is a dying man’s game, so make sure to pick the time to draw your gun when you have opportunity to get ahead in initiative and use your firearm effectively. 2. To paraphrase the late, great Col. Jeff Cooper, owning a gun doesn’t make you a gunfighter anymore than owning a guitar makes you a musician. You must know how to use it and here, most importantly, WHEN to use it. Do you have the skills to get to your gun in a gunfight?
There are several lessons for firearms carriers here:
1. You must have the empty-handed skills to use the Five Ds in a close-in gunfight BEFORE you try to draw your firearm. Your firearm is a powerful force multiplier but against a drawn gun and with the attention on you, it is not a useful tool. Drawing on a drawn gun with attention on you is a dying man’s game, so make sure to pick the time to draw your gun when you have opportunity to get ahead in initiative and use your firearm effectively.
2. Marksmanship absolutely matters! The second officer had a very small center of mass of the mugger to shoot at, as the rest was covered by an innocent. Taking a headshot on a moving target under duress with rounds coming back at you is not easy by any means, so OWNING the marksmanship portion of the equation without question is an important skill. You don’t want to question whether you can hit a small target!
3. I have said it before and will say it again…spiritual fitness is important. The officer in the first clip didn’t know that it was going to be his last day on earth, and the officer in the second clip was right there as well but thankfully came out on top. Knowing what you fight for is important, but making peace with God before you meet Him is important as well. Don’t put that off.
4. The second officer waited for his opportunity, and that was awesome. He used a submissive posture of hands up, palms out, fingers spread to show submission to the attacker, right up until the attacker wasn’t paying attention anymore. Then, the fight was ON! That is what we call a counter-ambush, and it can be a very effective tactic.
5. Your draw needs to be practiced, smooth, fast, and without a hitch. The first officer took at least 2 if not 3 tries to get the gun out of the holster, likely because he wasn’t absolutely proficient at releasing his retention mechanism. (I can’t tell which retention holster he has on, so I will refrain from speculating) Practice your draw until you can’t get it wrong, ASPers.

2nd Sealed Dungeon Map And All Treasures Complete Walkthrough of Grotto Sealed Door Dungeon in the game Final Fantasy XV (FF15). Inside Greyshire Glacial Grotto Dungeon is a Sealed Door that can only be opened once you have completed the game and done cleared 4 dungeons. 2nd Sealed Dungeon Map And All Treasures Complete Walkthrough of Grotto Sealed Door Dungeon in the game Final Fantasy XV (FF15). Inside Greyshire Glacial Grotto Dungeon is a Sealed Door that can only be opened once you have completed the game and done cleared 4 dungeons. In addition, you must visit Ezma to get the Sealbreaker's Key that opens the Sealed Doors (only gives it to you after you beat FFXV). Behind those doors are most powerful weapons in the game (and powerful enemies as well). Gameplay walkthrough shows all treasures in the dungeon, and shows you the path you need to take in order to avoid the traps and get everything (treasures, weapons, etc) in one run. Note that the final boss will trap you, so you must do the dungeon in the order shown. The biggest prizes in this dungeon are the Executioner Firearm, Vigilantes Daggers, Black Belt (for Gladiolus), and Safety Bit. Minor rewards are Oracle Ascension Coins. This sidequest is called "A Menace Sleeps in the Grotto", and is Part of the "Menace Beneath Lucis" questline. One churchgoer explains, "Church is always first and then we always go to the gunnery and just shoot and interact as a family". Even specialised 'Christian' weapons engraved with scriptures are being produced. Yet as mass shootings continue to occur at a worrying rate, others call for tougher regulations. "As Christians, if we are going to ask the nation to be less violent, then we should demonstrate that", says the granddaughter of a victim of the recent Charleston Church shooting. Among all these churches in Kentucky there stands a small mosque. "We would be labelled as terrorists if we gave away guns at the mosque", says the Imam. "And personally, I would never allow that. This is place where people come in and worship and connect to God, it is not a place to come in and learn how to fight."

DENVER — The Colorado State Patrol and the Colorado Department of Transportation kicked off their “Click It or Ticket” campaign on Monday. The message of the awareness campaign is designed to drive home the point that seat belts are the single most effective way to prevent serious injuries or death on the road.
