Uno dei miei preferiti del maestro!! Un vero capolavoro del brivido.
Figlia di una ex spia anti americana che ha rinnegato il padre viene ingaggiata dai servizi segreti americani per indagare in Brasile su un traffico illegale di Uranio dalla Germania: la figlia è ovviamente Ingrid Bergman e l'agente segreto Cary Grant....
C'è sentimento e thriller in questa perla di Hitchcock . Ma soprattutto molto brivido che ti sale su per la schiena in molte scene: lo spettatore è totalmente coinvolto non appena si entra nel vivo del film dopo le prime scene iniziali... DA VEDERE ASSOLUTAMENTE :))

Radnja filma:
Ingrid Bergman tumači ulogu Alicie Huberman, čiji otac je osuđen zbog špijunaže za naciste. Nju vladin agent T. R. Devlin (Cary Grant) poziva da zajedno infiltriraju grupu nacista koji su pobjegli u Brazil nakon Drugog svjetskog rata.
Tijekom obuke, Alicia se zaljubi u Delvina. Delvinovi osjećaji su neodređeni zbog njegovog poznavanja njezine prošlosti. I'm so proud of this video! I think it looks like an actual trailer at times!
If you've seen some of my other videos you'll know that I'm a HUGE Hitchcock fan and that Notorious is certainly one of my favorite films of his! I love it: the acting, the plot, the direction, the editing, all of it!
If you haven't seen this film, PLEASE do! It's one of the best American classic films I've ever seen (and I've seen TONS of old films!)
So, if you're a fan of old movies, spy thrillers, romance, or a Cary Grant/Ingrid Bergman/Claude Rains/Alfred Hitchcock fan you HAVE to see this film!
Basic Plot:
Master of Suspense, Alfred Hitchcock, directs this spy thriller centering on the daughter of a Nazi war criminal and traitor Alicia (Academy Award winner Ingrid Bergman). She is approached by the American Government through agent Devlin (Cary Grant at his finest) and asked to spy on an old family friend Alex Sebastian (Claude Rains, here oozing with slime and charm) who may be involved with a Nazi terrorist ring in Brazil. Alicia seduces Sebastian to glean information about his secret plans, but there's one problem: she's in love with Devlin. While keeping her true motives hidden, Alicia will sacrifice her heart and her life in order to save her country.

Notorious is a 1946 American thriller film directed and produced by Alfred Hitchcock, starring Cary Grant, Ingrid Bergman and Claude Rains as three people whose lives become intimately entangled during an espionage operation. It was shot in late 1945 and early 1946, and was released by RKO in August 1946.
Notorious marks a watershed for Hitchcock artistically, and represents a heightened thematic maturity. His biographer, Donald Spoto, writes that "Notorious is in fact Alfred Hitchcock's first attempt—at the age of forty-six—to bring his talents to the creation of a serious love story, and its story of two men in love with Ingrid Bergman could only have been made at this stage of his life."
The film is known for two scenes in particular. In one of his most famous shots, Hitchcock starts wide and high on a second floor balcony overlooking the great hall of a grand mansion. Slowly he tracks down and in on Ingrid Bergman, finally ending with a tight close-up of a key tucked in her hand. So arresting is the shot that an outline of the key became a graphic element in the film's promotional material. Hitchcock also devised "a celebrated scene" that circumvented the Production Code's ban on kisses longer than three seconds — by having his actors disengage every three seconds, murmur and nuzzle each other, then start right back up again. The two-and-a-half minute osculation is "perhaps his most intimate and erotic kiss."

If you've seen some of my other videos you'll know that I'm a HUGE Hitchcock fan and that Notorious is certainly one of my favorite films of his! Basic Plot:
Master of Suspense, Alfred Hitchcock, directs this spy thriller centering on the daughter of a Nazi war criminal and traitor Alicia (Academy Award winner Ingrid Bergman). She is approached by the American Government through agent Devlin (Cary Grant at his finest) and asked to spy on an old family friend Alex Sebastian (Claude Rains, here oozing with slime and charm) who may be involved with a Nazi terrorist ring in Brazil. Alicia seduces Sebastian to glean information about his secret plans, but there's one problem: she's in love with Devlin. While keeping her true motives hidden, Alicia will sacrifice her heart and her life in order to save her country.

If you've seen some of my other videos you'll know that I'm a HUGE Hitchcock fan and that Notorious is certainly one of my favorite films of his! I love it: the acting, the plot, the direction, the editing, all of it!
If you haven't seen this film, PLEASE do! It's one of the best American classic films I've ever seen (and I've seen TONS of old films!)
So, if you're a fan of old movies, spy thrillers, romance, or a Cary Grant/Ingrid Bergman/Claude Rains/Alfred Hitchcock fan you HAVE to see this film!
Basic Plot:
Master of Suspense, Alfred Hitchcock, directs this spy thriller centering on the daughter of a Nazi war criminal and traitor Alicia (Academy Award winner Ingrid Bergman). She is approached by the American Government through agent Devlin (Cary Grant at his finest) and asked to spy on an old family friend Alex Sebastian (Claude Rains, here oozing with slime and charm) who may be involved with a Nazi terrorist ring in Brazil. Alicia seduces Sebastian to glean information about his secret plans, but there's one problem: she's in love with Devlin. While keeping her true motives hidden, Alicia will sacrifice her heart and her life in order to save her country.

First things first, rest in peace to the Notorious B.I.G., who passed away on this date in 1997. In honor of the influential late emcee, producers MICK (fka Mick Boogie) and Chi Duly have put together a 30-minute mix that combines Biggie’s recognizable flow with various production from buzzing producer Metro Boomin.
Songs include “Juicy” over the “Waves” beat and “Come On” over the “Where Ya At?” beat. It’s definitely an odd pairing, but it sounds solid. “We thought it would be cool to remix Biggie with a very contemporary vibe and kind of trap him out a little bit,” Mick explained. “We wanted to introduce him to a new audience so they can appreciate his genius, too.”
Even if you prefer the original boom-bap sounds, getting young kids who might not be familiar with Christopher Wallace to listen to the seminal emcee is an admirable goal. No word if young Metro has heard this one..
