Coca Cola Cake (Coke Cake)
Ingredients:
-1 cup (240 mL) Coca Cola
-1/2 cup (120 mL) vegetable oil
-1/2 cup (120 grams) butter
-3 Tablespoons (21 grams) cocoa
-2 cups (400 grams) sugar
-2 cups (240 grams) flour
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1/2 teaspoon (2.5 grams) salt
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup (120 mL) buttermilk https://youtu.be/VyR7vWWgChk
-1 teaspoon (5 mL) vanilla
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a saucepan, mix Coca Cola, oil, butter and cocoa and bring to a boil.
3. In a stand mixer bowl, combine the sugar, flour, baking soda and 4. Pour the boiled Cola mixture into the flour mixture and mix well on medium low speed.
5. Add the eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla and continue to beat well.
6. Pour mixture into a greased and cocoa-ed 13" x 9" baking pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
7. Cool and slice in 1"- 2" slices for freezing.
8.Freeze slices until frozen solid.
Coke Bottle Shaped Cake
Ingredients:
-Coca-Cola cake
-Vanilla buttercream https://youtu.be/rjqOTM5icOE
-Melted chocolate
-2 L Coca-Cola bottle
Procedure:
1. Remove label and liquid from bottle.
2. Using a sharp knife or scissors, careful slice and remove a segment of plastic from the bottle.
3. Coat the inside of the bottle with 2-3 layers of chocolate. Allow to harden in between each layer.
4. Once chocolate has hardened, coat inside in buttercream.
5. Place cake slices into the bottle, and add more buttercream. Continue adding cake and buttercream until the bottle is full.
6.To fill the opening, cover with additional melted chocolate and allow to harden.
7.To remove cake from the plastic, use a sharp knife to slice and remove it carefully by segments.
8. To reattach the label and lid, "glue" it on with melted chocolate
9. Serve cake when desired. Store in the fridge. Cake is best consumed within 2-3 days.

Preheat oven to 350F. 2. In a saucepan, mix Coca Cola, oil, butter and cocoa and bring to a boil. 3. In a stand mixer bowl, combine the sugar, flour, baking soda and 4. Pour the boiled Cola mixture into the flour mixture and mix well on medium low speed. 5. Add the eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla and continue to beat well. 6. Pour mixture into a greased and cocoa-ed 13" x 9" baking pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. 7. Cool and slice in 1"- 2" slices for freezing. 8.Freeze slices until frozen solid. Coke Bottle Shaped Cake Ingredients: -Coca-Cola cake -Vanilla buttercream https://youtu.be/rjqOTM5icOE -Melted chocolate -2 L Coca-Cola bottle Procedure: 1. Remove label and liquid from bottle. 2. Using a sharp knife or scissors, careful slice and remove a segment of plastic from the bottle. 3. Coat the inside of the bottle with 2-3 layers of chocolate. Allow to harden in between each layer. 4. Once chocolate has hardened, coat inside in buttercream. 5. Place cake slices into the bottle, and add more buttercream. Continue adding cake and buttercream until the bottle is full. 6.To fill the opening, cover with additional melted chocolate and allow to harden. 7.To remove cake from the plastic, use a sharp knife to slice and remove it carefully by segments. 8. To reattach the label and lid, "glue" it on with melted chocolate 9. Serve cake when desired. Store in the fridge. Cake is best consumed within 2-3 days. -

Coca Cola Cake (Coke Cake)
Ingredients:
-1 cup (240 mL) Coca Cola
-1/2 cup (120 mL) vegetable oil
-1/2 cup (120 grams) butter
-3 Tablespoons (21 grams) cocoa
-2 cups (400 grams) sugar
-2 cups (240 grams) flour
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1/2 teaspoon (2.5 grams) salt
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup (120 mL) buttermilk https://youtu.be/VyR7vWWgChk
-1 teaspoon (5 mL) vanilla
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a saucepan, mix Coca Cola, oil, butter and cocoa and bring to a boil.
3. In a stand mixer bowl, combine the sugar, flour, baking soda and 4. Pour the boiled Cola mixture into the flour mixture and mix well on medium low speed.
5. Add the eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla and continue to beat well.
6. Pour mixture into a greased and cocoa-ed 13" x 9" baking pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
7. Cool and slice in 1"- 2" slices for freezing.
8.Freeze slices until frozen solid.
Coke Bottle Shaped Cake
Ingredients:

-Melted chocolate
-2 L Coca-Cola bottle
Procedure:
1. Remove label and liquid from bottle.
2. Using a sharp knife or scissors, careful slice and remove a segment of plastic from the bottle.
3. Coat the inside of the bottle with 2-3 layers of chocolate. Allow to harden in between each layer.
4. Once chocolate has hardened, coat inside in buttercream.
5. Place cake slices into the bottle, and add more buttercream. Continue adding cake and buttercream until the bottle is full.
6.To fill the opening, cover with additional melted chocolate and allow to harden.
7.To remove cake from the plastic, use a sharp knife to slice and remove it carefully by segments.
8. To reattach the label and lid, "glue" it on with melted chocolate
9. Serve cake when desired. Store in the fridge. Cake is best consumed within 2-3 days.

Today I’m making cookies that explode with flavor -
Chocolate Oatmeal Raisin Walnut COOKIES Recipe:
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
½ cup melted butter
1 egg
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ¼ cups flour
½ cup raisins
½ cup rolled oats
⅓ cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips
I’ll start by creaming ½ cup of brown sugar, ½ cup white sugar and ½ cup melted butter. I’ll mix it well then add in 1 egg. Then mix again!
Now to add in some flavor. I’m starting with ¼ tsp nutmeg, ½ tsp kosher salt, ½ tsp cinnamon and ½ tsp of baking soda. To activate the baking soda I’ll add in 1 tsp of water and 1 tsp of vanilla extract, then mix again.
Finally the dry ingredients. 1 ¼ cups of flour, ½ cup raisins, ½ cup rolled oats, ⅓ cup chopped walnuts, and 1 cup chocolate chips. I’ll mix everything again and they’re ready to be scooped and baked. Me so hungry for cookie!
In an oven preheated to 350º F, I’ll bake them for 10-12 minutes until they’re nice and golden brown. Hey Siri, check the timer for cookie. Once they’re ready I’ll take them out and let the cookies cool for about 5 minutes then serve with a nice tall glass of milk. Ahhhh!

Temporary recipe and instructions until I get my sassily reworded versions tomorrow:
4¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1½ teaspoons ground ginger
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
1¾ cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ cup light or dark molasses
In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger; whisk together to mix. Set aside.
In a large bowl of an electric mixer, combine butter and sugar; cream together until mixture appears light and fluffy (if you don't have a mixer, you can do this step by hand).
Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl with a rubber spatula so the mixture blends evenly. Add eggs, vanilla, and molasses; beat until thoroughly mixed. Add flour mixture, stir until well mixed.
Form dough into two 6 inch flattened disks and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until well chilled, at least 2 hours. Tip: The dough may be refrigerated at this point for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 1 month.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees c). Baking sheets may be ungreased, lined with parchment paper, or lined with a non-stick baking mat.
On a lightly floured pastry mat or pastry board, and using a lightly floured rolling pin, roll the dough to a ¼ inch thickness. Cut dough into desired shapes using a cookie cutter that has been dipped in flour (to help prevent dough from sticking to the cutter.)
Bake: Place cutout dough 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Bake 11 minutes or until cookies are set. Remove cookies from baking sheets with a metal spatula and place on a wire cooling rack to cool.

Lucky Penny Thoughts: I was walking into Aldi and near the front door was this Rainbow Cookie Dough Kit. I thought about it for a few minutes, then thought it would be fun to try on video. Everything was going great until I made the purple. Once I figured that out, it was all hands on deck making all different color, design and shaped cookies.

Lucky Penny Thoughts: I was walking into Aldi and near the front door was this Rainbow Cookie Dough Kit. I thought about it for a few minutes, then thought it would be fun to try on video. Everything was going great until I made the purple. Once I figured that out, it was all hands on deck making all different color, design and shaped cookies.

To celebrate Freddy Fox's birthday, the children go on a trip to a Dinosaur Park. With Grampy Rabbit as their leader, they follow dinosaur footprints to find Freddy's birthday treat.
2) Mr Potato Comes To Town: 5:11 - 10:20
All of Peppa's town are excited to meet Mr Potato when he comes to open a new sports centre in town.
3) Camping Holiday: 10:21 - 15:30
Peppa and her family are on holiday in their special camper van. They decide to go to Duck Land, a special park where they can see the ducks in the river, and are surprised when their van turns into a boat.
4) Swimming: 15:31 - 20:40
Peppa and her family are at the swimming pool. George is a little worried at first but is soon splashing happily with his friend Richard Rabbit. Rebecca Rabbit is there too. She and Peppa are very proud of their swimming skills. Everyone is surprised to discover that Daddy Pig is very good at swimming and diving. Very good indeed.
5) Very Hot Day: 20:41 - 25:50
It is a super hot day, and all the mud puddles have dried up, so Peppa and George play in the wading pool.
6) Mummy Pig's Birthday: 25:51 - 31:00
It is Mummy Pig's birthday. Peppa, George and Daddy Pig are just as excited as Mummy. They have lots of fun preparing secret, birthday surprises for her. When Mummy Pig sees her beautiful cake and opens her present she is absolutely delighted.
7) Best Friend: 31:00 - 36:10
Peppa Pig's best friend comes over to visit.
8) Muddy Puddles: 36:10 - 41:20
It's raining and Peppa is sad because she can't play outside. When the rain stops, Peppa and George get to play one of their favourite games - jumping in muddy puddles! When Mummy and Daddy Pig join in, things get very muddy indeed.
9) Flying a Kite: 41:21 - 46:30
Peppa, George, Mummy and Daddy are flying a kite in the park. Things don't go according to plan and the kite gets tangled in a tree beside a big muddy puddle.
