Like the (better) 2014 tearjerker "The Fault in Our Stars," this film version, directed by Thea Sharrock, probably is a slam dunk for the book's fans, who will likely be crying from the first scene ... He introduces her to films with subtitles ... It's that kind of film ... release, is rated PG-13 by the Motion Picture Association of America for "thematic elements and some suggestive material." ... MPAA definition of PG-13....
