SAJE Senior Ministry is a partnership of 4 churches in the Crestwood/Sunset Hills area:
- Saint Thomas Holy Spirit
- Episcopal Church of the Advent
- Saint Elizabeth of Hungary
- Saint Justin Martyr
The Ministry supports a Faith Community Nurse, Deb Goldfeder, who is available to our parishioners for the following:
Health Education and Assessments, Blood Pressure Screenings, Doctor Appointments, Weight, Diet, etc.
Deb works within a holistic context combining physical, social and spiritual needs in her care, which aims to keep people in a safe and supportive environment.
