(La vida en la Ciudad de México) Hola, I'm Nik from Malaysia. I have been living here for almost 5 months now and being an asian (Malay) in Mexico in general was a unique challenge of fitting in at first, but then it turned out really well and a lot simpler than it seemed. Every time my friends asking me about my new life in Mexico, I sometimes lack the right words to convey all I am experiencing. So, here it is, bienvenidos a México! Recorded with iPhone 6.
Life in the Mexican capital throws up many obstacles, but as we found out in the return of our long-running film series, a small number of dedicated people are trying to build an electronic music scene in one of the world's most chaotic cities. Mexico City is one of the largest and most vibrant metropolises in the world, but its electronic music scene has yet to truly flourish. It's a city where vast inequality, crime and widespread corruption are everyday realities, and where nightclubs are largely reserved for the moneyed elites. For those who put music first, there are many obstacles—a lack of venues, a limited audience, very little financial gain. Whether you're putting on parties, releasing music or hustling for gigs, making ends meet is a constant struggle. But the issue also runs ...
https://www.expedia.com/Mexico-City.d178285.Destination-Travel-Guides Mexico City is one of the financial powerhouses and cultural capitals of Latin America; it’s also a city of color. Mexico City’s colors run deepest in the main square, the Zócalo, once the epicenter of the Mexican Civilization. Today, this area is presided over by a temple of a different kind, The Metropolitan Cathedral. Throughout the Centro Histórico district, over 1500 heritage buildings vie for your attention. The streets of this district overflow with museums and galleries. For a window into the life and color of yesteryear, visit the fabulous Museo Franz Mayer. For a change of color, head to Chapultepec Park, one of the largest urban parks in the world. The park is home to cultural institutions such as the ...
It's Saturday morning in a Mexico City subway station, and the members of the Panamiur gang are headed to a party. Their leader, Cidel, is wearing huge sunglasses, a fauxhawk slathered in hair gel, cargo pants, and a T-shirt with a giant 2 and 6 airbrushed across it—a reference to November 26, 2010, the date the Panamiurs were founded. The four dozen kids surrounding Cidel are similarly adorned in fake gold chains, oversize shades, brightly colored baseball caps, and tight jeans. They shout chants at a member of a rival gang on the other side of the platform. "Jori's fucking mom is taking a bath, eh, oh!," they holler. "She's very close to our territory, eh, oh! With a huge dick in one hand and a rag with PVC glue in the other, eh, oh! And the gang says, we are gonna rape her, we are gon...
Radiohead - Fake Plastic Trees TOUR DEBUT (Live @ Mexico city Night 1 | 03.10.2016)
Tamales On the corner of Río Lerma and Río Danubio in Cuauhtémoc we sample street food number one, a tamale. These traditional Mexican breakfast snacks, literally meaning “wrapped in a leaf”, were first made for warring Aztec and Mayan tribes. Pockets of masa (a type of starchy corn dough) are stuffed with sweet or savoury fillings, wrapped in banana leaves or cornhusks and then steamed. Arturo, fortunately, reminds us to remove the wrapper before eating. Tamales often go hand-in-hand with atole, a thick corn-based drink that is served lukewarm in a variety of flavours. We go for the champurrado, a chocolate-based atole that is tasty, but doesn’t have quite the same effect as a double espresso. Tortillas Stop number two is a tortillería. Tortillas, a type of thin, unleavened flatbread mad...

La capital y ciudad más grande de México es una megalópolis de más de 23 millones de habitantes que sin duda es el centro cultural, financiero, de moda y entretenimiento más importante de América Latina llegando a la altura de las metrópolis más importantes del mundo.
Travel video about destination Mexico City in Mexico. Mexico City is a vivid metropolis and cosmopolitan city situated on a plateau in the central highlands at an altitude of 2, 286 metres, where the food is spicy and the Tequila flows freely! The city's fascinating history is reflected in both its art and architecture with age old charm, Indian roots and elegant buildings. Until the Spanish conquest, the Templo Mayor was the setting of coronations and human sacrifice. The remains of the walls within which thousands of priests once lived are only a few steps from the buildings of the country's former Spanish conquerors. Construction of the country's largest cathedral, the Catedral Metropolitana, took 250 years. The lower section is quite plain but the upper section is of Baroque and Neo-...

A couple of weekends ago (two days after I returned from Europe), the whole crew went down to Mexico City for a couple of days. Even though Tristan and I have been there before, it is such an amazing city with so much to do! I also have to apologize for having almost no voice - oops - that is why it didn't turn into daily videos as I was planning on doing! But I did do daily blog posts which explain everything we did and saw — with lots of beautiful photos as well! UFOs Documentary Channel Thanks for watching ! UFO Documentary Mexico, UFO crush and UFO sightings in Mexico According to UFOlogists, local residents reported a mid-air collision between a UFO and a small airplane near the town of Coyame on August 25, 1974 followed by a military investigation and cover up. However historians say that such "UFO reports" were likely prompted by the 1974 crash and military recovery of a Cessna aircraft involved in drug trafficking. In Coyame, Mexico, 1974, in the State of Chihuahua, an unidentified flying object (UFO) collided with a small plane. Both the U.S. government and the Mexican government responded to the crash. The series of events that followed would stay buried until the early 2000s when Mexico became a hotspot for UFO sightings and investigators...
Read your free e-book: http://easyget.us/mebk/50/en/B01FT9IZNU/book Crime has played a complicated role in the history of human social relations. Public narratives about murders, insanity, kidnappings, assassinations, and infanticide attempt to make sense of the social, economic, and cultural realities of ordinary people at different periods in history. Such stories also shape the ways historians write about society and offer valuable insight into aspects of life that more conventional accounts have neglected, misunderstood, or ignored altogether.this edited volume focuses on Mexico's social and cultural history through the lens of celebrated cases of social deviance from the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Each essay centers on a different crime story and explores the docum...
I created this video montage of my trip to Mexico City, Mexico that took place from January 1st to January 12th 2014. Mexico City is an impressive modern city of over 20 Million people. I was really impressed by the city, it's full of ancient ruins, museums, skyscrapers, monuments, statues, parks and fountains. The Mexico City Metro, is definitely the best way to move around the city, as traffic is unbelievable. Even with 2 weeks of vacation I simply did not have enough time to visit every attraction. Paseo de la Reforma is a stunning tree lined avenue full of roundabouts and monuments. A trip to Mexico City is not complete without a visit to the Teotihuacan Archeological site. On a good note, I was never concerned for my safety or felt threatened in any way. Hey guys here is a link to t...

What a perfect web you weave.
Placed to cloud my eyes.
I wipe away awkward silences with longing words.
In the end there will be words crashing and knees bowing.
Now numb the consequences and repent.
Scream with the sound of a thousand nails being driven through your palms.
Oh Lord, behold my imperfections.
I long to see the day when I kneel before you with a servants heart.
Humilty recieves what truth preclaims.
In the end there will be words crashing and knees bowing.
In the end there will be words crashing and knees bowing.
Oh Lord, behold my imperfections.
Sustain my heart.
Grant me the heart of a servant.
