Muhaddith.org - Klingschor and non Muslim Hypocrisy Exposed. This is a video response to " Klingschor " ( whose real name may be Vincent L'Orient ) who makes the following accusation in his video " Muhaddith.org (and Muslim Hypocrisy) Exposed ":
Klingschor - in this video I intend to expose Muhaddith.org as an intellectually bankrupt organization that deliberately skews information, twists facts and evidence.
Klingschor's video, focused specifically on our video " Prophet Muhammad & Aisha Part 1, Islam Answers Pedophilia " which we first uploaded in March 2008

The research took us 4 months, and we found that the norm of marriage right after puberty was acceptable, because in pre-modern times, psychological maturity was reached at the age of puberty.
And Islam's minimum age of marriage was higher than all pre-modern law, including 19th century U.S. common law, plus Islam's marital law requires psychological maturity (in addition to reaching puberty).
Our 3 page video transcript had 176 references with 20 pages of footnotes for the source text with hyperlinks to the source documents.
Now, Klingschor only mentions 2 sentences from our entire video, and distorts them to infer meanings that contradict what we explicitly stated in our video.
Klingschor's 1st false claim is that the Christian Church disregarded biology and allowed consummation before puberty.

Klingschor's 2nd false claim, is that we used this quote about Age of Consent Laws as a reference for the ranges of puberty.

Klingschor's 3rd false claim is that our footnotes for the term " age of reason " did not include the Church's marital requirement of the " use of reason ".

Klingschor's 4th false claim is that we did not mention puberty as a requirement in marital law.

Klingschor's 5th misrepresentation is quoting the LATEST Church Law as if it's an OLDER Church Law:

In conclusion, based on the sheer number of misrepresentations Klingschor makes, it's hard to believe a single word he says. The evidence we presented today discredits Klingschor's intelligence and proves that he's the one who was " intellectually bankrupt ". And the question of the day is whether Klingschor was also intellectually DISHONEST. There could be a lot of reasons why it's so hard for Klingschor to make a true statement, so let's have some fun with it in the comments.

Question: Is the hair of a dog clean?
Answer

It is true that the saliva of a dog is impure. One should not keep a dog for no valid reason because the Angels of Mercy do not visit that house. It is recorded in an authentic Hadith sharif that one day the Angel Jibraeel (عليه السلام) promised the Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم to come on a specific time the next day. The Nabi of Allah صلى الله عليه و سلم waited the next day but he did not arrive on the promised time. Sayyiduna Rasulullah صلى الله عليه و سلم left his room and went outside to investigate. He found the Angel standing outside the door and asked him the reason. He replied:
"The Angels of Mercy do not enter a home that has a dog or photographs" (Sahih Bukhari)
The Prophet of Allah صلى الله عليه و سلم went inside to search the room but found nothing. A puppy then emerged from under the bed. It was removed and the Angel then entered.

This is one of the last major speeches delivered by Shenshah-e-Khetabat Syed Shabbir Hussain Shah Hafizabadi [RA]. It took place at the 49th Annual 'Urs' of Imam-e-Azam {RA} & Muhaddis-e-Azam {RA} at Gulistan-e-Muhaddis-e-Azam in Faisalabad on July 13, 2010. Shah Sahib attended this gathering annually for several decades, hence this was nothing less then an emotional farewell with an epic ending at a Shrine he held so dear to his heart.

It was presided over by the eldest son and Successor of the Grand Muhaddith, a living example of the manifestations of the Spiritual Lights, Shaykhul Mashaaikh, Sahibzada Abu al-Faiz Qazi Muhammad Fazal-e-Rasool Haider Rizvi {HF}. Hadith studies (Arabic: علم الحديث ʻulūm al-ḥadīth "hadith science") are a number of religious disciplines used in the study and evaluation of the Islamic hadith by Muslim scholars. It has been described by one hadith specialist, Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti, as the science of the principles by which the conditions of both the sanad, the chain of narration, and the matn, the text of the hadith, are known. This science is concerned with the sanad and the matn with its objective being distinguishing the sahih, authentic, from other than it. Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani said the preferred definition is: knowledge of the principles by which the condition of the narrator and the narrated are determined.
A common historical method in Islam, hadith studies consist of a careful examination of the isnad, or chain of transmission accompanying each hadith.The isnad is carefully scrutinized to see if the chain is possible (for example, making sure that all transmitters and transmittees were known to be alive and living in the same area at the time of transmission) and if the transmitters are reliable. The scholars reject as unreliable people reported to have lied (at any point), as well as people reputed to be heedless (and thus likely to misunderstand the saying).

The Nabi of Allah صلى الله عليه و سلم waited the next day but he did not arrive on the promised time. Sayyiduna Rasulullah صلى الله عليه و سلم left his room and went outside to investigate. He found the Angel standing outside the door and asked him the reason. He replied:

Question: Is the hair of a dog clean?
Answer

It is true that the saliva of a dog is impure. One should not keep a dog for no valid reason because the Angels of Mercy do not visit that house. It is recorded in an authentic Hadith sharif that one day the Angel Jibraeel (عليه السلام) promised the Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم to come on a specific time the next day. This is one of the last major speeches delivered by Shenshah-e-Khetabat Syed Shabbir Hussain Shah Hafizabadi [RA]. It took place at the 49th Annual 'Urs' of Imam-e-Azam {RA} & Muhaddis-e-Azam {RA} at Gulistan-e-Muhaddis-e-Azam in Faisalabad on July 13, 2010. Shah Sahib attended this gathering annually for several decades, hence this was nothing less then an emotional farewell with an epic ending at a Shrine he held so dear to his heart.

Muhaddis-e-Azam Foundation held the 50th Annual 'Urs on July 2 & 3 2011. It was presided over by the eldest son and Successor of the Grand Muhaddith, a living example of the manifestations of the Spiritual Lights, Shaykhul Mashaaikh, Sahibzada Abu al-Faiz Qazi Muhammad Fazal-e-Rasool Haider Rizvi {HF}. This years Conference was a special tribute to Muhaddith-e-Azam Pakistan Allaamah Abu al-Fazal Muhammad Sardar Ahmad Al Qadri Chishti's [Ilayhir Rahmah] and his successor's great accomplishments in providing seekers of the knowledge of Traditional Islam with an intellectual, moral and pious atmosphere for over half a century, Mashaa Allaah.
The guest of honor was the Prince of Muhaddis-e-Azam, Qaid-e-Ahle Sunnat, Sahibzada Haji Muhammad Fazal-e-Karim Rizvi
