Welcome to part 27, and the finale of
Let's Play Star Trek Encounters! Ending not just with the mission: "
Against All Odds" but also showing a few of the bonus features before ending this project once and for all, I really enjoyed getting to make and finish it, even if my first 11 parts were utter crap because of my stupid camcorder, but whatever.
A strange anomaly has appeared close to
Earth's moon, the
USS Enterprise-E is ordered to investigate
.. And upon close examination, old Xindi ships appear! Indicating a temporal anomaly, many waves of Xindi ships ensue, following the arrival of a Superweapon and the
NX-01! After the Xindi,
Jem'Hadar ships emerge from the anomaly, and the big E vanishes as
Archer takes the reigns and fights alongside the
Defiant.
After the
Dominion ships are destroyed,
Klingon ships emerge, pursued by
Kirk's
Enterprise! but both he and Archer don't stick around much longer before vanishing, leaving
Captain Sisko to pick up where Archer left off, destroying the rest of the Klingons, before the anomaly sends them back in time to
2006! (The year this game was made, how fitting!)
Taking a page from
Star Trek IV:
The Voyage Home, the Defiant slingshots around the sun and timewarps back to the future, to find the
USS Voyager battling Romulans!
Sisko vanishes, leaving
Kathryn Janeway to deal with the remaining Romulan forces, including a Nestar space station, after which continuities shift to a timeline where the borg manage to assimilate earth! the
Enterprise E returns, and the borg infrastructures on
Earth's surface are destroyed, just as voyager vanishes.
After the borg are done and dealt with, all the friendly ships throughout time gather at once, and all their enemies appear for one final clash, the battle seems unwinnable, until the anomaly puts things right and sends every ship back to their proper time period, a long battle
... But well worth it.
Thank you for watching, as with all the other videos leave any comments or questions about this or other star trek-related subjects in the comment section below, and I hope you enjoyed watching as much as I enjoyed recording! I'd also like to give very special thanks to the one and only
William Shatner for narrating these missions, it added a wonderful vibe for what was to come.
