Allstate Insurance Telephone Call where they Lie and Deny Claim - Newest Version

On March 2010 a terrible wind and rain storm hit my house in Philadelphia. Allstate insurance told me to hire a remediation company to remove the wet sheet rock etc to prevent mold and to take all steps necessary to prevent further damage from water coming into the home including getting a patch on the roof. I hired a remediation company and a roofer who did just that. Allstate then came out 20+ days later and stated they saw no damage and denied my $13,000 dollar claim.. The Remediation company, CPR Restoration of Philadelphia PA ended up sending me a bill for $4000.00 that was for their 4 hours worth of work. The bill included charges for items that they never did.. Including $750.00 for a dump truck and being billed for 2500 square feet of plastic. I contacted CPR Restoration of Philadelphia and stated that these charges were incorrect and fraudulent and they refused to correct. I advised the owner that I would create a web site that would let people know that they filed a fraudulent insurance claim with Allstate... So, A month later, the police come to my home and handcuff me and put me in the Philadelphia Jail for 24 hours. Reason, The owner of CPR Restoration filed a police report and in it made false statements that I was going to beat him up. A year later, the case went in front of a judge and I was found innocent. in 2012, I went to small claims court after CPR restoration obtained a judgement for $4200.00 from me for the work that was never paid because my claim was denied and I didn't have the money. In court the judge sided with me regarding the false charges and reduced my bill by $1400.00 as well as CPR Restoration and their attorney were fined for improper Collection practices. I tried to sue Allstate, but although the State of PA has a 4 year statutory limit on contract law there is a clause in the contract that says their is a 1 year limit. Listen to Bob Marshien from Allstate Insurances Malvern Office speak to me as he belittles his customer and lies about Allstate saying they would not have told me to patch my roof. Although I understand a probably talked way to much during this call, you can hear during the call that Bob was quite annoyed and didn't care or want to hear anything that I had to say. Mr. Marshian contradicts himself saying that we never told you to fix the roof.. Yet then he's saying that you need to take the steps to prevent further damage. Mr. Marshian and Allstate never inspected the roof when I received the policy and they were never able to provide any reason then for how the water got into the house. The huffing and puffing on the phone by him can be heard if you listen closely. at approx 20 minutes into the call, Mr. Marshian says that he said Allstate would never say to get the roof repaired and if they would have said it, it would have been documented.. YET... IN ALLSTATES STANDARD POLICY DOCUMENTS THAT IT GIVES TO ITS CUSTOMERS - IT CLEARLY STATES THAT ITS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE BY COMPLETING ANY REPAIRS TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE... AND IF THE POLICY HOLDER DOES NOT TRY AND PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE THEN ALLSTATE HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PAY THE CLAIM. ALLSTATE IS TWISTING AND TWISTING WORDS OVER AND OVER ON THIS CALL AND HAS LIED TO ME.. MY CLAIM SHOULD BE PAID... A TOTAL OF $13,000 + $2,800 FOR THE REMEDIATION CONTRACTOR PLUS INTEREST FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS. If after you listen to this call and you feel that they have mislead me...
