Las Tunas is one of the provinces of Cuba. Major towns include Puerto Padre and Amancio, as well as the capital, Victoria de Las Tunas (sometimes known as Las Tunas, or even just Tuna).
The Las Tunas province was established in 1976, when it was split from the 'Oriente Province.
The southern coast, which opens onto the Gulf of Guacanayabo, is marshy and characterised by mangroves. This wet area is used to grow sugarcane, as the wet climate is well suited for the crop.
Cattle are also grazed in the province, which was, until 1975, part of the Oriente province that was divided into five smaller provinces by the Cuban government. Victoria de Las Tunas was just a small market town until that year, and a large development program was started to modernise the town and connect it by road to Havana.[citation needed]
In 2004, the province of Las Tunas had a population of 529,850. With a total area of 6,587.75 km2 (2,543.54 sq mi), the province had a population density of 80.4 /km2 (208 /sq mi).

On day 8 I ran 53 kilometers into Las Tunas province while on day 9 I ran through Las Tunas itself (I.e. The capital of the province) and got to within 20 kilometers of Guiamaro where we would spend the next two nights. The downside to journey running is sometimes as the case with Las Tunas since we don't spend the night there and I have to run the shortest route I am unable to see the center of certain cities themselves. The capital of the province) and got to within 20 kilometers of Guiamaro where we would spend the next two nights. The downside to journey running is sometimes as the case with Las Tunas since we don't spend the night there and I have to run the shortest route I am unable to see the center of certain cities themselves. На 8-ой день я пробежал 53 киолометра до провинции Лас Тунас. На 9-ый день я пробежал через эту провинцию (и одноименную столицу провинции) и продвинулся на 20 километров вперед от городка Гуаймаро где я провел 2 последующие ночи. Недостаток моего маршрута иногда состоит в том что выбираю самый короткий путь а потому не имею возможности увидеть центров некоторых городов. Хотя Гуймаро оказался приятным сюрпризом, находясь по пути. В нём мы не только получили удовольствие от хорошей еды в ресторане "Эль Магно"(жаренные рыбные котлетки со свежими фруктами) но также повесилились от того что один любопытный Кубинец сказал другому указывая на меня пальцем:" Я думал что они убили Осаму!" The capital of the province) and got to within 20 kilometers of Guiamaro where we would spend the next two nights. The downside to journey running is sometimes as the case with Las Tunas since we don't spend the night there and I have to run the shortest route I am unable to see the center of certain cities themselves. Guaimaro was a great treat however as not only did we eat well in a nice restaurant called "El Magno" (chef's special was fried fish sticks with fresh fruit YUM!) but to my delight as one curious Cuban said to another "look I thought they killed Osama" and pointed at me. That joke works everywhere.

На 9-ый день я пробежал через эту провинцию (и одноименную столицу провинции) и продвинулся на 20 километров вперед от городка Гуаймаро где я провел 2 последующие ночи. Недостаток моего маршрута иногда состоит в том что выбираю самый короткий путь а потому не имею возможности увидеть центров некоторых городов. Хотя Гуймаро оказался приятным сюрпризом, находясь по пути. В нём мы не только получили удовольствие от хорошей еды в ресторане "Эль Магно"(жаренные рыбные котлетки со свежими фруктами) но также повесилились от того что один любопытный Кубинец сказал другому указывая на меня пальцем:" Я думал что они убили Осаму!" The shining red rocks on the outskirts of Colorado Springs are a striking spectacle within the Garden Of The Gods. The huge red sandstone rock formations rise to a height of up to a hundred and fifty metres. The natural monuments are a reminder of the geological past of this extraordinary region situated at the foot of the Rocky Mountains Directly next to the caves at the foot of Pike’s Peak are the caves in which the Anasazi Indians once lived, the famous Cliff Dwellings where one can gain a fascinating insight into the culture of the native inhabitants of North America, how they lived, their culture and beliefs. The Indian Museum features Indian culture and work tools and is an impressive record of a long forgotten time and a people that almost became extinct. Sprague Lake is one of the region’s many glacial lakes and is ideal for walkers as well as anglers and boat enthusiasts, and several ranches offer accommodation. The Town of Banff was the first municipality to incorporate within a Canadian national park. It is a resort town and one of Canada's most popular tourist destinations, known for its mountainous surroundings and hot springs. It is a destination for outdoor sports and features extensive hiking, biking, scrambling and skiing.
Lake Louise is a glacial lake within Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada. Fairmont's Chateau Lake Louise, one of Canada's grand railway hotels, is located on Lake Louise's eastern shore. It is a luxury resort hotel built in the early decades of the 20th century by the Canadian Pacific Railway.

Johnston Creek is a tributary of the Bow River in Canada's Rocky Mountains. The creek is located in Banff National Park. A popular hiking trail follows the canyon and leads to a meadow within the Johnston Valley above the canyon. The first part of the trail consists of a constructed walkway with safety rails and bridges, while the last part of the trail is natural and more rugged. Within the meadow are the Ink Pots, which are six blue-green spring-fed pools. Ice climbing is a popular activity on the frozen waterfalls in winter.

I've had a great time visiting Northern Lights Wildlife Wolf Centre in the vicinity of the town of Golden. This wolf sanctuary and it's instructors, armed with their wealth of knowledge, give the centres' visitors a true depiction of these majestic and reclusive creatures.

I've also had the pleasure of spending the night at the Mount 7 Lodges near golden BC. The hosts were splendid as well as the accomodation. The views...spectacular!

Unfortunately, the weather during the time of the shoot was less than perfect with extended periods of cloudiness and rain. However, even under those conditions, a visit is highly recommended!

referred to as the pearl of the south. The name doesn't come from the people living here but from travelers.
Cienfeugos is often referred to as the pearl of the south. The name doesn't come from the people living here but from travelers. This is surely one of the most beautiful and lively cities of Cuba, the city built on the coast of the 25 km long bay was founded by French refugees from Louisiana.
The ornate baroque palace of culture has been adorned by a dome added later and reachable by a spiral staircase. From here, there's a good view of the square and the houses of the neighboring streets. The main square, flanked by monument like houses with arcades lives up to the beauty of the rest of the city. Its bandstand dates back to 1922. Its statue depicts the ideologist of the revolution, the poet, Jose Marti. The author of Guantanamera was born in 1853, travelled around Europe and then settled down in New York where he worked as a journalist. In 1895, he started the second war of independence of Cuba and was killed in action during this war. He was buried in Santiago de Cuba.
The building of the university has one floor richly embellished with frescoes. The building with columns and timpana resembles a theater but in reality, it's a dormitory. In the square, we can find the neoclassical cathedral, only one tower of which was finished, the other one just a fragment. Opposite its façade, bronze lions are on the lookout. Since it is a French origin, the principals of the layout of Cienfuegos differ from the accustomed. Its network of streets which is like a checkerboard and marked with number is clear cut. From the main square, a pedestrian district chopping street lead us to the Prado. Under the arcades of the wide avenue, there are ice cream sellers, cafes and restaurants one after another. Shepherd Entertainment takes you on a tour of Cienfeugos, one of the most beautiful and lively cities of Cuba which is often
referred to as the pearl of the south. The name doesn't come from the people living here but from travelers.
Cienfeugos is often referred to as the pearl of the south. The name doesn't come from the people living here but from travelers. This is surely one of the most beautiful and lively cities of Cuba, the city built on the coast of the 25 km long bay was founded by French refugees from Louisiana.
The ornate baroque palace of culture has been adorned by a dome added later and reachable by a spiral staircase. From here, there's a good view of the square and the houses of the neighboring streets. The main square, flanked by monument like houses with arcades lives up to the beauty of the rest of the city. Its bandstand dates back to 1922. Its statue depicts the ideologist of the revolution, the poet, Jose Marti. The author of Guantanamera was born in 1853, travelled around Europe and then settled down in New York where he worked as a journalist. In 1895, he started the second war of independence of Cuba and was killed in action during this war. He was buried in Santiago de Cuba.
The building of the university has one floor richly embellished with frescoes. The building with columns and timpana resembles a theater but in reality, it's a dormitory. In the square, we can find the neoclassical cathedral, only one tower of which was finished, the other one just a fragment. Opposite its façade, bronze lions are on the lookout. Since it is a French origin, the principals of the layout of Cienfuegos differ from the accustomed. Its network of streets which is like a checkerboard and marked with number is clear cut. From the main square, a pedestrian district chopping street lead us to the Prado. Under the arcades of the wide avenue, there are ice cream sellers, cafes and restaurants one after another.
