Magic Mike

Magic Mike is a 2012 American comedy-drama film directed by Steven Soderbergh and starring Channing Tatum, Alex Pettyfer, Matt Bomer, Joe Manganiello, and Matthew McConaughey. The plot revolves around Adam, a 19-year-old who enters the world of male stripping, guided by Mike Lane, who has been in the business for six years.

The film is loosely based on the experiences of Tatum, who was an 18-year-old stripper in Tampa, Florida. Magic Mike was filmed in Los Angeles and Tampa. The film premiered as the closing film for the 2012 Los Angeles Film Festival on June 24, 2012, and was widely released by Warner Bros. on June 29, 2012, and was a critical and commercial success.

A sequel, Magic Mike XXL, was released on July 1, 2015.

Plot

Mike (Tatum) has big plans for a business of his own but pays his bills through a series of odd jobs, most notably performing as the star stripper at Xquisite Strip Club in Tampa, a club owned by Dallas (McConaughey), who has dreams of creating an "empire" of strip clubs.

Magic Mike XXL

Magic Mike XXL is a 2015 American comedy-drama film directed by Gregory Jacobs and starring Channing Tatum, Matt Bomer, Kevin Nash and Joe Manganiello. A sequel to the 2012 film Magic Mike, the film was released on July 1, 2015. The film received mixed reviews from critics and grossed over $122 million.

Plot

Three years after abandoning his life as a stripper, Mike (Channing Tatum) is now running his own furniture business. He receives a call from Tarzan (Kevin Nash) who informs Mike that Dallas is "gone". Believing that his former boss has died, Mike drives to a hotel only to find that his friends, the remaining Kings of Tampa, are enjoying themselves at a pool party. After revealing that Dallas has bailed on them to start a new show in Macau and only took "The Kid" with him, the Kings let Mike in on their plan: to end their careers on a high note by traveling to Myrtle Beach for a stripping convention. Later, while trying to work, Mike overhears a song he used to strip to and dances. Reinvigorated, Mike decides to join them on their trip.

Backstreet Boys

The Backstreet Boys (often abbreviated as BSB) are an American vocal group, formed in Orlando, Florida in 1993. The group consists of A. J. McLean, Howie Dorough, Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson, and Brian Littrell.

The group rose to fame with their debut international album, Backstreet Boys (1996). In the following year they released their second international album Backstreet's Back (1997), and their U.S. debut album which continued the group's success worldwide. They rose to superstardom with their third studio album Millennium (1999) and its follow-up album, Black & Blue (2000).

After a two-year hiatus, they regrouped and released a comeback album Never Gone (2005). After the conclusion of the Never Gone Tour in 2006, Richardson left the group to pursue other interests. The group then released two albums as a quartet: Unbreakable (2007) and This Is Us (2009).

In 2012, the group announced that Richardson had rejoined them permanently. In the following year they celebrated their 20th anniversary and released their first independent album, In a World Like This (2013). The group also released their first documentary movie, titled Backstreet Boys: Show 'Em What You're Made Of in January 2015.

I Want It That Way

"I Want It That Way" is a song by American boy band Backstreet Boys, released as the lead single from their third studio album, Millennium (1999). It was written by Max Martin and Andreas Carlsson, while Martin and Kristian Lundin produced it. The pop ballad talks about a relationship strained by matters of emotional or physical distance.

Critically, the song was met with positive reception, with most critics commending its catchiness and loveliness, also calling it the pop ballad of the year. The song was nominated for three Grammy Awards, including Song and Record of the Year, and has been included in lists by Blender, MTV, Rolling Stone Magazine and VH1.

"I Want It That Way" is considered one of their signature songs, and commercially it reached the number-one spot in more than 25 countries, including Austria, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. In the United States, the song peaked at number 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for eight non-consecutive weeks, while it topped the Adult and Top 40 Mainstream charts.

All I Do Is Win

"All I Do Is Win" is the second official single from DJ Khaled's fourth studio album Victory. The track features artists T-Pain, Ludacris, Snoop Dogg and Rick Ross. It was released on February 8, 2010, along with "Put Your Hands Up". The single was certified 3x Platinum by the RIAA. It is the only Billboard Hot 100 charting single from the album.

Music video

The music video debuted on BET's 106 and Park on March 3, 2010 along with the video for "Put Your Hands Up". It has DJ Khaled with his BET Awards and is filmed mostly with a green screen. It has a scene of him at the 2008 BET Hip-Hop Awards show accepting an award for his song "I'm So Hood (Remix)".

A video for the official remix was shot in Florida. The video was directed by Dayo & Gil Green. Photos of the shoot were also leaked online. The video features cameos from Nicki Minaj, Fabolous, T-Pain, Jadakiss, Puff Daddy, Ace Hood, Cam'Ron and Busta Rhymes. A behind-the-scenes video was released on June 2, 2010. The remix's music video was released on June 29, 2010.
