This meditation was made to help you manifest your desires while you sleep. Your subconscious mind is most comfortable and open to suggestion when you are unconscious in a sleeping state. You may be asleep, but your subconscious mind is busy at work. While asleep, your subconscious mind ingrains your thoughts by learning and solving the days problems. but If you focus on all the things you don’t like, all the things that didn’t work, all the people that hurt you, and all the fear that is forced onto you from the outside world, you will continue to develop beliefs that cause fear and worry in your life. You will continue to attract all of these negative things into your life. This is common for most people as we live in a world of fear. But following this meditation every night can stop this and reprogram you mind in an amazing positive way
These last few minutes before you sleep, the time where you are in between being awake and asleep, it is the most important time for you to focus on the positive and focus on what you want in your life. Your subconscious mind will take this information and use it for the next 8 hours of sleep. So instead of creating beliefs of fear and worry, you will be focusing your subconscious on finding ways to create your dream life and attracting what you want.
Make sure you are comfortable and ready for sleep. You will be guided down through this meditation into a relaxed state until you are fully asleep.
As I lay to rest My subconscious is now manifesting my desires
As I sleep here now, I am attracting what I want
I feel relaxed and wonderful, and attract this feeling into my life
I am grateful for everything I receive
I am at peace because I trust my subconscious mind is bringing me my desires
My subconscious brings me opportunities and I take action
I have the courage to take action
I have the wisdom to know when to take action
I attract countless opportunities into my life
I feel amazing now that I have attracted my desires
I manifest my desires easily and effortlessly
I know with all my heart that I have already created my desires
I sleep peacefully knowing that I will awake with my desires manifested.
I allow my subconscious mind to attract to me all of my desires
I am a limitless being
I let go of how I will manifest my desires
I only trust and believe that I am being guided in the right direction
I am safe and relaxed as I allow my subconscious mind at attract my desires
I deserve everything I ask for. And share this joy with the world

Operation Kenmore kicked off to an early start for 7th Battalion's Alpha Company in an area being searched for the first time to the north-east of the 1st Australian Task Force base at Nui Dat in Phuoc Tuy Province, South Vietnam. Alpha Company moved along the sandy beach for several miles in armoured personnel carriers of "A" Squadron, 3rd Cavalry Regiment. After disembarking on the South China Sea beach they halted on the scrub verge and watched air strikes clear a landing zone for other battalion troops. Later, they moved out through high swamp grass to search their operational area. On the move, a Platoon Commander, 2nd Lieutenant Wayne Bannon of Skipton, Vic, passed information to his section commanders. Soldiers moved across sandy patches and forded several creeks while patrolling through scrub country. Following a contact with Viet Cong, near the beach, a platoon moved to cut off the fleeing enemy. From a high vantage point, they watched artillery shells fall along the suspected escape route of the VC. Soldiers later thoroughly searched the VC camp before destroying it. Beds were searched and overturned, and the kitchen area checked for booby traps. Equipment and clothing left behind by the fleeing VC was examined and a fine, hand-made nylon fishing net was taken as a prize. Demolition charges were then prepared by Lance-Corporal Barry Heard of Swifts Creek, East Gippsland, Vic, Private Philip Archer of Hobart, Tas and Corporal Harry Spradbrow of Gunnedah, NSW. Cpl Spradbrow was the first into the camp, and, without being seen, withdrew to tell his platoon of the find. The charges were set and the fuses lit by Private Graham Docksey of Gosford, NSW, a battalion assault pioneer. After the explosions, a soldier examined the remains of a bunker.

Operation Kenmore kicked off to an early start for 7th Battalion's Alpha Company in an area being searched for the first time to the north-east of the 1st Australian Task Force base at Nui Dat in Phuoc Tuy Province, South Vietnam. Alpha Company moved along the sandy beach for several miles in armoured personnel carriers of "A" Squadron, 3rd Cavalry Regiment. After disembarking on the South China Sea beach they halted on the scrub verge and watched air strikes clear a landing zone for other battalion troops. Later, they moved out through high swamp grass to search their operational area. On the move, a Platoon Commander, 2nd Lieutenant Wayne Bannon of Skipton, Vic, passed information to his section commanders. Soldiers moved across sandy patches and forded several creeks while patrolling through scrub country. Following a contact with Viet Cong, near the beach, a platoon moved to cut off the fleeing enemy. From a high vantage point, they watched artillery shells fall along the suspected escape route of the VC. Soldiers later thoroughly searched the VC camp before destroying it. Beds were searched and overturned, and the kitchen area checked for booby traps. Equipment and clothing left behind by the fleeing VC was examined and a fine, hand-made nylon fishing net was taken as a prize. Demolition charges were then prepared by Lance-Corporal Barry Heard of Swifts Creek, East Gippsland, Vic, Private Philip Archer of Hobart, Tas and Corporal Harry Spradbrow of Gunnedah, NSW. Cpl Spradbrow was the first into the camp, and, without being seen, withdrew to tell his platoon of the find. The charges were set and the fuses lit by Private Graham Docksey of Gosford, NSW, a battalion assault pioneer. After the explosions, a soldier examined the remains of a bunker.

You will continue to attract all of these negative things into your life. This is common for most people as we live in a world of fear. But following this meditation every night can stop this and reprogram you mind in an amazing positive way
These last few minutes before you sleep, the time where you are in between being awake and asleep, it is the most important time for you to focus on the positive and focus on what you want in your life. Your subconscious mind will take this information and use it for the next 8 hours of sleep. So instead of creating beliefs of fear and worry, you will be focusing your subconscious on finding ways to create your dream life and attracting what you want.
Make sure you are comfortable and ready for sleep. You will be guided down through this meditation into a relaxed state until you are fully asleep.
As I lay to rest My subconscious is now manifesting my desires
As I sleep here now, I am attracting what I want
I feel relaxed and wonderful, and attract this feeling into my life
I am grateful for everything I receive
I am at peace because I trust my subconscious mind is bringing me my desires
My subconscious brings me opportunities and I take action
I have the courage to take action
I have the wisdom to know when to take action
I attract countless opportunities into my life
I feel amazing now that I have attracted my desires

The second session will follow logically from the first, again with material from David’s wider body of work. The emphasis is on pictorial and gold leaf lettering, two more advanced skill sets in the business of painting signs. In addition to the visual documentation of David’s work there will be demonstrations of some simple pictorial effects, like a blended ribbon, before finishing with the laying of some 23 1/2 carat gold leaf onto letters.
