If you like this video, or would like to support my channel, here are some things you might consider doing. I thrive on genuine encouragement, so any of the things listed below will be a real help!
1.
Click "Like" on this video.
2. Subscribe to my channel: http://youtube.com/subscribe_widget?p=chareaves
3.
Leave a comment on this video.
4.
Share this video or my channel on any of your favourite social networking sites.
5. Assuming this video involves a puzzle which can be purchased from hknowstore, purchase it using the bit.ly link provided at the top of this description. Using this link means that when you buy it, I get a 4% commission on the sale. (For example, a $20 puzzle nets me 80 cents.) This is exactly how it works for any other twisty puzzle channel whose owner asks you to use a bit.ly link for nowstore.
6. For exactly the same reason as above, if you have a bookmark in your browser for hknowstore, replace it with this one: http://bit.ly/13gX7Jk. If you choose to use the bit.ly link of any twisty puzzling channel, then be aware that you are providing a small amount of extra income to the owner of that channel.
[Doing 5 and 6 above will help my channel grow. The reason for this is that any commission I receive goes straight back into buying more puzzles, which I can then review and make tutorials for. My aim is for it to become a cyclical thing. This is exactly how all the "big" twisty puzzle channels who use affiliate links operate. The more people who use their links, the more income it generates for them. Which means they can spend more money on more (and more expensive) puzzles, which makes their channel improve in quality and output. This is all I'm trying to do as well.
Remember that using an affiliate link (hidden in the bit.ly link) does not affect what you pay for the puzzle at all.]
7.
Remain calm when the advertisements (including non-skippable ones) play before and/or after the video.
Again, this is simply a way of increasing my income (by a very small amount) from this hobby.
Personally, I'd much prefer that people contributed $10-20 per year to be a "member" of my channel. If that happened, there'd be no ads at all. But since this is how youtube currently works, it is what it is
.
[If the above paragraphs lead you to believe I'm money-hungry, you clearly have absolutely no idea about the time and effort involved in making videos, which includes, for tutorials, the time spent on learning how to solve the puzzle and do it well. I encourage you to start your own channel.]

I have a blog containing detailed video/written tutorials on over
100 different twisty puzzles. You can find it at http://twistypuzzling.blogspot.com
If you're into facebook, you can visit my
Facebook page and "Like" it if you want to.
It's at http://www.facebook.com/thetwistypuzzler
(No. I didn't choose "thetwistypuzzler" because I'm egotistical. I wanted "twistypuzzling", but they wouldn't let me have it.)

In most of my videos, I use the
Corner Piece Series and the
Edge Piece Series (and occasionally Sune). I generally don't use any other algorithms. If you'd like a detailed overview of these three algorithms, here are the links.
