Jonha Falls in very famous water falls in Ranchi. Jonha falls is on river Kanchi,falling from a massive height of 144ft, it's a beautiful waterfall. It has 3 main streams. It's situated at around 5km from the Jonha fall diversion on Ranchi to Silli Road,first comes Jonha Falls, in 5km,then on that way,Sita Falls is 3.5km more far from Jonha. If you have your own vehicle,you can first visit Jonha,then Sita falls,on the same way.
During rainy season,when Jonha becomes more furiours with water,Sita falls becomes more beautiful with the greenish plants around the hill.

It is famous for blue water and green forests,small islands,boating and watersports, deer park,historical temples,hills,adivasi villages,underground hydel power station,bungalows on islands,small wild animals etc.
It's 25km far from Asansol and around 50km from Dhanbad & around 230km from Kolkata. Nearest railway station is Kumardubi,all trains going to Dhanbad pass by Kumardubi. Can be reached by minibus from Aaansol,auto from Barakar or by car. Nearest road link is Sanjay Chowk in NH2 bypass or Dubudi Checkpost,NH2 bypass near Kalyaneswari.
Nearby travel destinations are- Dam itself,Deer Park,Kalyaneswari Temple,Bathanbadi & Sithabadi villages,Temple on top of Bhandar Pahar,Millenium Park,Hydel power station(requires permission),Panchet Dam,Garh Panchot,Jain Temple(at Barakar),Lameyar park(at Asansol).

Topchanchi Lake, situated in the slant of Parasnath Hill, is a famous tourist & travel destination and picnic spot in whole Jharkhand, Bihar & West Bengal. It attracts tourists from not only all part of India, but also from foreign. The lake was artificially excavated in 1915 to provide water in Jharia, Dhanbad and the suburbs.
The lake is surrounded by mountains. There's a road which circles the whole lake in the bottom of mountains. Bike riding in the road is a enjoyable experience. There are benches under the trees to sit, in some places through the road. Nice place to sit and indulge in the silence and the nature.
Parasnath Hill, little far from the lake, is the highest hill of the state, of height 1350m. Parasnath Hill is a pilgrimage for the Jains. On the top of the hill, there are temples, and footmarks of 24 tirthankars are preserved there. The view from the top of Parasnath Hill is magnanimous.
Nearby travel destinations are Parasnath Hill(Sameed Shikharji), 24 Tonks, Jal Mandir, Madhuban, Topchanchi Park, Topchanchi Sanctuary and many more places.
Topchanchi can be reached by road, via the NH2 bypass. It's 31km from Dhanbad, around 41km from Steel City Bokaro, and around 100km from Asansol. Buses going to Giridih can drop you at the entrance of the lake. Nearby railway station is Gomoh station. Way to Parasnath Temple is via Dumri More. Trek for the hill starts from Madhuban, which is around 37km from the lake.Best season to visit Parasnath is from October to June.

The Vishnupada Mandir is the 220 year old temple in Gaya, India. It is a Hindu temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
This temple is located along the Falgu River, marked by a footprint of Lord Vishnu known as Dharmasila, incised into a block of basalt. The Bhumihar Brahmins have been the traditional priests at Vishnupad Mandir in Gaya as Gayawar Pandas and in the adjoining districts like Hazaribagh. Several legendary saints as Ramanujacharya, Madhvacharya, Sankaradeva and Chaitanya Mahaprabhu have visited this shrine.

Hazaribagh
Hazaribagh is a city and a municipality in Hazaribagh district in the Indian state of Jharkhand. It is the divisional headquarters of North Chotanagpur division. It is famous as a health resort and for Hazaribagh National Park (17 km from city). It is represented in the Indian Lok Sabha by its Member of Parliament Jayant Sinha.
Etymology
The word 'Hazaribagh' is made of two Persian words: Hazar meaning 'one thousand' and bagh meaning 'garden'. Hence the meaning of Hazaribagh is 'city of a thousand gardens'. According to Sir John Houlton, however, the town takes its name from the small villages of Okni and Hazari – shown in old maps as Ocunhazry. The last syllable in its name probably originated from a mango grove which formed a camping ground for troops and travellers marching along a military road from Kolkata to Varanasi, constructed in 1782 and the following years. The Grand Trunk Road subsequently replaced this military road in the mid-9th century, but the layout differed at places, particularly around Hazaribagh. A dilapidated watch tower meant to guard the military road is still visible on Tower Hill, near Silwar.

My Casio Scientific Calculator Tutorials- http://goo.gl/uiTDQS Topchanchi Lake, situated in the slant of Parasnath Hill, is a famous tourist & travel destination and picnic spot in whole Jharkhand, Bihar & West Bengal. It attracts tourists from not only all part of India, but also from foreign. The lake was artificially excavated in 1915 to provide water in Jharia, Dhanbad and the suburbs. The lake is surrounded by mountains. There's a road which circles the whole lake in the bottom of mountains. Bike riding in the road is a enjoyable experience. There are benches under the trees to sit, in some places through the road. Nice place to sit and indulge in the silence and the nature. Parasnath Hill, little far from the lake, is the highest hill of the state, of height 1350m. Parasnath Hill is a pilgrimage for the Jains. On the top of the hill, there are temples, and footmarks of 24 tirthankars are preserved there. The view from the top of Parasnath Hill is magnanimous. Nearby travel destinations are Parasnath Hill(Sameed Shikharji), 24 Tonks, Jal Mandir, Madhuban, Topchanchi Park, Topchanchi Sanctuary and many more places. Topchanchi can be reached by road, via the NH2 bypass. It's 31km from Dhanbad, around 41km from Steel City Bokaro, and around 100km from Asansol. Buses going to Giridih can drop you at the entrance of the lake. Nearby railway station is Gomoh station. Way to Parasnath Temple is via Dumri More. Trek for the hill starts from Madhuban, which is around 37km from the lake.Best season to visit Parasnath is from October to June. Jonha Falls in very famous water falls in Ranchi. Jonha falls is on river Kanchi,falling from a massive height of 144ft, it's a beautiful waterfall. It has 3 main streams. It's situated at around 5km from the Jonha fall diversion on Ranchi to Silli Road,first comes Jonha Falls, in 5km,then on that way,Sita Falls is 3.5km more far from Jonha. If you have your own vehicle,you can first visit Jonha,then Sita falls,on the same way.
During rainy season,when Jonha becomes more furiours with water,Sita falls becomes more beautiful with the greenish plants around the hill.

It is famous for blue water and green forests,small islands,boating and watersports, deer park,historical temples,hills,adivasi villages,underground hydel power station,bungalows on islands,small wild animals etc.
It's 25km far from Asansol and around 50km from Dhanbad & around 230km from Kolkata. Nearest railway station is Kumardubi,all trains going to Dhanbad pass by Kumardubi. Can be reached by minibus from Aaansol,auto from Barakar or by car. Nearest road link is Sanjay Chowk in NH2 bypass or Dubudi Checkpost,NH2 bypass near Kalyaneswari.
Nearby travel destinations are- Dam itself,Deer Park,Kalyaneswari Temple,Bathanbadi & Sithabadi villages,Temple on top of Bhandar Pahar,Millenium Park,Hydel power station(requires permission),Panchet Dam,Garh Panchot,Jain Temple(at Barakar),Lameyar park(at Asansol).

Topchanchi Lake, situated in the slant of Parasnath Hill, is a famous tourist & travel destination and picnic spot in whole Jharkhand, Bihar & West Bengal. It attracts tourists from not only all part of India, but also from foreign. The lake was artificially excavated in 1915 to provide water in Jharia, Dhanbad and the suburbs.
The lake is surrounded by mountains. There's a road which circles the whole lake in the bottom of mountains. Bike riding in the road is a enjoyable experience. There are benches under the trees to sit, in some places through the road. Nice place to sit and indulge in the silence and the nature.
Parasnath Hill, little far from the lake, is the highest hill of the state, of height 1350m. Parasnath Hill is a pilgrimage for the Jains. On the top of the hill, there are temples, and footmarks of 24 tirthankars are preserved there. The view from the top of Parasnath Hill is magnanimous.
Nearby travel destinations are Parasnath Hill(Sameed Shikharji), 24 Tonks, Jal Mandir, Madhuban, Topchanchi Park, Topchanchi Sanctuary and many more places.
Topchanchi can be reached by road, via the NH2 bypass. It's 31km from Dhanbad, around 41km from Steel City Bokaro, and around 100km from Asansol. Buses going to Giridih can drop you at the entrance of the lake. Nearby railway station is Gomoh station. Way to Parasnath Temple is via Dumri More. Trek for the hill starts from Madhuban, which is around 37km from the lake.Best season to visit Parasnath is from October to June.
