Plot: Dunne is a 17 year-old bar worker in training. It's his first night and he is immediately thrust into the animated world of the bar industry. Through the course of a busy, alcohol infused night, Dunne is introduced to his other co-workers and random people that wander inebriated through the kitchen door. Dunne is first briefed by Eoin, the highly respected bar owner who gives him a speech about his own expertise in the bar business as well as sharing some little known wisdom about the opposite sex. Dunne is then presented to his two mentors Luke and Marco. They are the senior barbacks that teach him his job as well as many bad habits. They've also informed Dunne that he has no choice but to play "15 Minutes." 15 Minutes is a game that has been passed down through the bar generations with a comical but strict set of rules honored by all employees. It involves speed, wit, deception and strategic shots to the groin. As the night passes, Dunne meets the incredibly sexy and allusive female bartender Johnny, Ronnie Ron the eccentric break dancing DJ, Heidi the cocktail waitress, Tony the chemically romanced head of security, Doug the horny regular, Aussie Guy the loveable barfly and Isabela, a greedy bartender known for paying out the worst among the barbacks. The bar business is a fast paced, alcohol and sexually driven environment. Let's hope Dunne can survive his first night...
