Riding a five game winning streak, the upstart 2013 Panthers were locked into a Monday night matchup against perennial Super Bowl contender, the New England Patriots. With just under a minute remaining in the fourth quarter Panthers quarterback Cam Newton found Ted Ginn Jr. for a 25-yard touchdown that would give the Panthers the 24-20 victory. The Monday night game would serve as a test for Carolina as it showed their 6-3 start to 2013 was not a fluke, and their strong core of Cam Newton and Luke Kuechly would be a duo to look out for in the coming years.

IDAHO FALLS - Preparations are underway right now for the first ever Patriot Bull Run at Sandy Downs.
Hundreds of participants and spectators are expected to attend the Independence Day event.
"We’ll have 18 raging bulls and it's going to be a blast," co-organizer Dax Tomlinson said. "There’s gonna be some nooks runners can jump in or get out on the track. You can make it as dangerous as you want."
Anyone 18 or over can run with the bulls.
After the race, 10 thousand pounds of tomatoes will be brought in for a massive tomato fight. Anyone over 14 years old is welcome to participate.
"If you don’t want to run you can just come watch," said Tomlinson. "If you just wanna do the tomato fight or do the bull run and do everything you can get the whole experience."
Part of the proceeds from the race go toward the Marsock Foundation and if this year’s bull run is a success, there will be more down the road.
"We really wanted to bring something new to the area," Tomlinson said. "It will be a really good event and we’re excited about it."

Beer
Beer is the world's most widely consumed and likely the oldestalcoholic beverage; it is the third most popular drink overall, after water and tea. The production of beer is called brewing, which involves the fermentation of starches, mainly derived from cereal grains—most commonly malted barley, although wheat, maize (corn), and rice are widely used. Most beer is flavoured with hops, which add bitterness and act as a natural preservative, though other flavourings such as herbs or fruit may occasionally be included. The fermentation process causes a natural carbonation effect, although this is often removed during processing, and replaced with forced carbonation. Some of humanity's earliest known writings refer to the production and distribution of beer: the Code of Hammurabi included laws regulating beer and beer parlours, and "The Hymn to Ninkasi", a prayer to the Mesopotamian goddess of beer, served as both a prayer and as a method of remembering the recipe for beer in a culture with few literate people.

Cam Newton
Cameron Jerrell Newton (born May 11, 1989) is an American football quarterback for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Auburn and was drafted as the first overall pick by the Panthers in the 2011 NFL Draft. Newton is the only player in the modern era to be awarded the Heisman Trophy, win a national championship, and become the first overall pick in an NFL draft within a one-year span. He was the 2011 NFL Rookie of the Year, is a 3-time Pro Bowler, and was named to the NFL All Pro First Team in 2015.
In his rookie year, Newton broke numerous rookie and all-time NFL records for passing and rushing yards. He became the first NFL quarterback to throw for 400 yards in his first game, shattering Peyton Manning's first-game record by 120 yards. He also broke Otto Graham's 61-year-old record for passing yards by any quarterback in an NFL debut. Newton would go on to become the first rookie quarterback to throw for 4,000 yards in a season, as well as the first rookie quarterback to rush for 700 yards. He also ran for 14 touchdowns, more in a single season than any quarterback in NFL history, breaking Steve Grogan's 35-year-old record.

IDAHO FALLS - Preparations are underway right now for the first ever Patriot Bull Run at Sandy Downs.
Hundreds of participants and spectators are expected to attend the Independence Day event.
"We’ll have 18 raging bulls and it's going to be a blast," co-organizer Dax Tomlinson said. "There’s gonna be some nooks runners can jump in or get out on the track. You can make it as dangerous as you want."
Anyone 18 or over can run with the bulls.
After the race, 10 thousand pounds of tomatoes will be brought in for a massive tomato fight. Anyone over 14 years old is welcome to participate.
"If you don’t want to run you can just come watch," said Tomlinson. "If you just wanna do the tomato fight or do the bull run and do everything you can get the whole experience."
Part of the proceeds from the race go toward the Marsock Foundation and if this year’s bull run is a success, there will be more down the road.
"We really wanted to bring something new to the area," Tomlinson said. "It will be a really good event and we’re excited about it."

Kimpton hotels of Boston issue a wager against the Kimpton hotels of Seattle for the upcoming Big Game. Joe Capalbo, Kimpton's Area Director of Operations here in Boston went on location to the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum to lay down the bet. This is the original spot of the Boston Tea Party which took place 240 years ago and was the kick start to the American Revolution, which spurred the creation of the United States. And we all know without the US, there would be NO Seattle. “On behalf of the original patriots, go Pats!”
The bet:
If the Patriots win the Big Game, the Seattle hotels must do the following on the Championship Parade day:
