History:The construction of the
Kirishi Oil Refinery was launched in
1961 in the town of Kirishi,
Leningrad Region. The first phase of the refinery was commissioned in
March 1966. The refinery was designed to cover the fuel needs of the northwestern region. The conversion level of the refinery was not very deep, with a high degree of masut (residue) production. The latter was also delivered to the
Baltic republics,
Belarus, and
Ukraine.
In
1993, the refinery was incorporated into the
OOO Surgutneftegaz and renamed as the OOO
Industrial Enterprise Kirishnefteorgsintez (OOO KINEF). In 1993, the rated primary crude oil processing output was 16 million tons per year.
The refinery produces over 40 items of refined products, including gasoline, aviation kerosene, Mazut, etc. Petrochemicals make up more than a third of the entire range: benzol, toluene, ortho- and paraxylenes, and liquid oil paraffin. They are delivered to the domestic market (mainly to central and northwestern regions) as well as to
Europe.
IMPORTANT TO
KNOW:
Dear customers, read below more information about
Russian Market and our
Refinery.
There is NO Way to buy the Oil from a
Port! So forget this
point.
Kirishinefteorgsintez (Kinef) refinery, will process the Oils that will come with the legal contract issued from one of our
Subsidiary companies -- in this case from
MCC Petroli
Company A.G. ( www.zefix.ch ) established into
1980 into the
Oil business in
Switzerland with many sister corporations in 95 countries. We as refinery will secure the
Allocation on behalf the End User, only when the
Contract is
Singed by MCC Petroli and the Buyer and has been transmitted back to us from MCC Petroli via
Swift/MT. But the allocation will have a limited time-line and we will start the production only when we got from the Notary of the
Oil company, the registered version of the aforesaid contract, legalized with the
Passport issued by Transneft. To Obtain such passport, the Beneficiary of the Oil, must support the costs for the
Pipeline Tariffs usage -- as our refinery is located into a region that only by Pipeline we can deliver the product to any
Russia Port as the 95% of the
Russian Refineries.
Without the Passport from Transneft, we have no authorization from the
Ministry of Energy to process your contract. This is the
Russian law, if you are not aware of this, be aware that this is not a market for unknown companies.
