Educational System (May, 1994). I was responsible for the preparation of a comprehensive report on the Teaching of English in Libyan Pre-University Schools. Extensive translation into English for the Oil
Sector (Technical and legal material). Supplying the Arab daily newspaper published in
London Al-Arab with articles on literary and linguistic topics. Supplying the prestigious
Maltese weekly
The Sunday Times with articles in English on language, literature, and culture.
Excellent good interpretation experience (

United Nations Standards. Extensive experience in translation of highly complex economic and financial texts for the
Central Bank of Libya, especially
IMF and
World Bank Material. Extensive Free-Lance Translation. Participation in a number of cultural activities held at the University of Malta and the Libyan
Center in Malta which played a pivotal role in cementing Libyan Maltese
Relations.
Provision of speech writing activities to the Libyan
Embassy in Malta (1995-1995). Provision of translation and editing services to the office of the
Secretary General of the United Nations, particularly with reference to documents pertaining to the
Libyan Arab Jamahiriya. Presidency of the Arab club at the United Nations (2006-present)
