Madison (dog)

Madison is a Labrador Retriever, and an animal actor best known for playing the role of Vincent the dog on the hit television series Lost.

Even though she is female, she plays a male dog on the TV show Lost.

Biography

Madison is from Hawaii, and her owner is Kim Stahl, an accountant and part-time dog trainer. Before becoming a performer, Madison worked as a tracking dog and obedience competitor. In 2001, Madison ranked eighth among the best obedience dogs in Hawaii. Stahl also owns relatives of Madison, including two of her daughters, Byrddee and Jane.

History

The Academy Street Historic District, The Boxwoods, Cross Rock Rapid Sluice, Fewell-Reynolds House, Gravel Shoals Sluice, Jacob's Creek Landing, Mayo River Sluice, Roberson's Fish Trap Shoal Sluice, Alfred Moore Scales Law Office, and Slink Shoal Sluice and Wing Dams are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 3.3 square miles (8.5 km²), of which, 3.3 square miles (8.5 km²) of it is land and 0.30% is water.

Madison (name)

Madison is a surname of English origin, which has become a popular given name in the United States. Madison, commonly spelled Maddison in Northeastern England, is a variant of Mathieson, meaning son of Matthew, although possibly occasionally standing for son of Maddy, where Maddy is a pet form of Maud.

Madison is also used as a given name. As a name, it has become popular for girls in recent decades. Its rise is generally attributed to the 1984 release of the movie Splash. From a practically non-existent girl's name before 1985, Madison rose to being the second-most-popular name given to female babies in 2001. It has since declined in popularity as a girl's name, however, slipping to seventh place by 2009.

As a masculine given name, Madison can be found within the top 1,000 names for boys in the United States up until about 1952. Khalifa is the sixth studio album by American rapper Wiz Khalifa. It was released on February 5, 2016, by Atlantic Records, Rostrum Records and Taylor Gang Records. It is his first album of original material since Blacc Hollywood (2014). The album features guest appearances from Travi$ Scott, Ty Dolla $ign, Rico Love, Courtney Noelle, Juicy J, Chevy Woods, J.R Donato and his son Sebastian.

The album's lead single, "Bake Sale" featuring Travis Scott, was released for purchase and streaming on January 21, 2016. It was produced by TM88, Juicy J, Lex Luger, DJ Spinz and Crazy Mike. In December 2015, Wiz Khalifa previewed the track and then announced that it would be included on his album Khalifa. The instrumental for the song originally appeared in the song "Order More" by G-Eazy, included on his album When It's Dark Out (2015). Due to ownership issues, Juicy J recreated the beat on the song for Wiz Khalifa, along with the co-producers. On the chart dated on February 13, it debuted and peaked at number 56 on the US Billboard Hot 100.

Celebrate (Whitney Houston and Jordin Sparks song)

"Celebrate" is a duet by American recording artists Whitney Houston and Jordin Sparks. It was written and produced by R. Kelly for the soundtrack album Sparkle: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack to the 2012 musical drama film Sparkle. RCA Records released "Celebrate" as the first official single from the soundtrack. It is the last song recorded by Whitney Houston before she died on February 11, 2012. It was officially released on June 5, 2012 for digital download on iTunes and Amazon. The song made its US radio premiere on On Air with Ryan Seacrest on May 21, 2012. For the week June 16, 2012, "Celebrate" debuted at number 34 on the US Adult R&B Airplay. During that same week, "Celebrate" also debuted at number 84 on the US Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, and has since peaked at number 62. The accompanying music video for the song was filmed on May 30, 2012. The video was shot over two days by director Marcus Raboy. The music video made its world premiere on BET's 106 & Park on June 27, 2012.

"Celebrate" is a song written by Gary Bonner and Alan Gordon and performed by Three Dog Night. It reached #8 in Canada and #15 on the Billboard chart in 1970. It was featured on their 1969 album, Suitable for Framing.
