In terms of performance, the device is powered by 2 GHz of 64-bit octa core processor and 3 GB RAM. It has an internal memory of 64 GB while you can also expand storage by 128 GB more using a microSD card. The E8 comes with a whopping 24 MP camera with UHD, that’s 4K video recording capability. Right under it you’ve got the fingerprint sensor that you can use to unlock the device using any or all of your fingers. Next to the camera you have a dual LED flashlight that ensures that you get some kickass bright photos even dark lighting conditions. The rear panel can be opened but you have no access to the 3,500 mAh battery. Instead, you could fill in the SIM card slots and the microSD card slot with up to 128 GB of microSD card storage. The E8 is running Android 5.1 lollipop. I’ve used the fingerprint lock feature so you can only unlock your phone using either a specified password or your fingerprint. The finger print sensor works pretty flawlessly. You’ve got a circular sensor at the back and you can configure any or more than 1 fingerprint to unlock your device. That’s the Amigo 3.1 UI which is different from most other Android phones that you’d see from Samsung/HTC/Motorola. It’s got a notification panel without the settings that you’d normally see in a regular Android phone. But those settings can be called from a bottom-edge swipe up just like in the iPhone. So you can manage your wi-fi, Bluetooth, GPS, sound profiles A nifty feature in the E8 is the default TouchPal keyboard that comes as a standard. The great thing about the keyboard is that it lets you switch between regional languages by swiping the spacebar. Other than that you have a good set of emoticons already embedded in the keyboard app which can really help you get creative with the way you express. The phone is also extremely customizable. It has its own store of a bunch of themes that you can download and apply everyday to make your phone look different and feel new everyday. These themes change the wallpaper, the skin as well the icons of the apps. And some themes are actually pretty nice and beautifully made. The Elife E8 has a huge internal storage of 64 GB with nearly 54 GB of user available storage space. This in itself is quite a lot for you to install multiple apps, multiple HD games and store your videos and music. You can definitely mount a 128 GB microSD card to further expand storage. it is an excellent device and value for money smartphone in its segment. With a large, bright and colourful 6 inch quad HD AMOLED display running on a powerful 64-bit octa core processor & 3GB RAM – the device is a monster performer. Add to it, a super 24 MP camera with multiple modes and manual control - the device is no less than a flagship device from the best manufacturers of the world.
