White Pizza. My mom finally got me to come out from behind the camera to show you how to make the Pizza's. Pizza's are not a easy dish to make at home at first, but once you have it perfected it's something you and your family will enjoy time and time again. Pre- heat oven to 525 F if you can Depending on where you live and your oven brand and type cooking temperature will be different. example in my
Mothers oven
475 is a good on my oven I need 525 F. you will also need a tray to cook this in something a little deeper a paellapan might work though it will be round. you could go to a restaurant supply place and get a
Sicilian pizza tray they are also good to cook meatballs in.
Ingredients
Pizza Dough
4
Cups of flour
1 1/2 Cups of warm water
1
Table Spoon salt
1 Table Spoon sugar
1
Packet of yeast
4 Table
Spoons of
Olive Oil
Pizza
Sauce
1 28oz can of crushed tomatoes
3/4 cup of water
1 Tea Spoon
Black pepper
1 Tea Spoon salt
1 Tea Spoon basil
1 Tea Spoon sugar ( 2 Tea Spoons if you like a sweeter Pizza Sauce)
The Cheese
2 Cups Per Pizza of
Whole milk Mozzarella from your local store you can buy it shredded or you can shred it yourself. there is also
Fresh Mozzarella or
Buffalo Mozzarella but they have a different flavor when cooked I promise to show you a recipe for those.
Pizza Toppings
only one I would cook prior is
Sausage.
Anything else can be cooked on the Pizza but for example
Green Peppers, Onions,
Mushrooms don't cut them too thick or they will not cook enough, also remember they also let out a lot of water so be careful.
