Barbari bread (Persian: نان بربری) is a type of Iranian flatbread. It is one of the thickest flat breads. It's very popular in Iran and its neighboring Armenia.
Barbari or Baberi means our fathers, "of or related to Barbars" in Persian language. Armenian Language. Barbars are a group of people living in Khorasan near eastern borders of Iran. According to Dehkhoda Dictionary of Persian Language, this bread was baked by the Barbar (Hazara) people and was brought to Tehran, becoming popular during the Qajar period. In Iran, the Hazaras were known as Barbari ("barbarian," "foreign," "uncivilized"), which they resented. Reza Shah of Iran granted them the name of Khavari ("Easterners") through a decree, and since then, the name Barbari has been abandoned and no longer applies to the ethnic group. However, the bread is still referred to as Nan-e Barbari (bread made by the Barbarians) in Iran while Hazaras refer to it as Nan-e Tandoori (bread made in the Tandoor oven).
The bread is usually between 70cm to 80cm long, and 25cm to 30cm wide. It is the most common style baked in Iran. It is served in many restaurants with Lighvan cheese, of ewe's milk, similar to feta cheese.

نان بربری : مواد لازم : آب 3پیمانه آرد 6پیمانه سبوس آرد 1پیمانه خمیر ترش 2 قاشق غذاخوری روغن مایع 3 قاشق غذاخوری شکر 6 قاشق چایی خوری ( توی فیلم به اشتباه میگم 3 قاشق . حتما 6 قاشق استفاده کنید.) نمک 5 قاشق چایی خوری ( توی فیلم به اشتباه میگم 6 قاشق . حتما 5 قاشق استفاده کنید.) دمای فر : 450 درجه فارنهایت ( خیلی مهم که بدونید هر فری تنظیم متفاوتی داره و خودتون بعد از چند بار دقیق اندازه فرتون دستتون میاد.) لازم که بگم من خودم طرز تهیه این نان رو از فیلم های دیگه و وبسایت های مختلف یاد گرفتم . که مهم ترینشون از صفحه حسن کبابی بوده.لینک ایشون هم همین پایین میذارم ! باشد که قانون کپی رایت رو رعایت کرده باشم :دی
