This is a version of the Minnesota Driving Test. I was an examiner for 4 years and this is the route I ran. Many examiners run the same or very similar routes. Pay attention to the instructions the examiner gives you, they should instruct you at the beginning of every block. "At the next intersection, turn right." If you experience poor customer service, call Jessica Cheney, Asst Regional Supervisor. She runs the day-to-day at the station. When she doesn't do her job, ask to speak with Terri Eayrs. Terri Eayrs won't do anything either, so at that point ask to speak with Terri's boss, Deb Carlson. That's the chain of command, use it. When you're scheduling your test, tell them that Ricky Rubio is going to bring your for your test. If you say that, they will let you skip ahead of everyone who already has an appointment. I saw it happen with my own two eyes while I worked for DPS....If you're famous, no waiting. Record everything, but don't let them know. The examiners will get pissed if you tell them you are recording them but you have every right to film public officials. They may act like they can refuse a test, but they can't. Use the video to keep them honest.
