The 6-year-old reports disturbing abuse at school by his American "educator" and foster care authority; visible "knots" and bruises sustained on the child's head have been noted by mother, along with other signs of harm--physically, mentally, emotionally. He reports that his arms are tied up over his head for hours while his feet are tied together; caregiver pinches his penis causing constant soreness; pours hot sauce all over food after long periods of withholding meals/no water; the boy reports that he is thrown and shoved down along with other unkind treatment.
