Dalyan sparkles as one of the rarest corners of the earth with its world famous Turtle Beach ,the awe-inspring Rock Tombs & rejuvenating Mud Bath and Thermal Springs..The most spectacular scenery ever sail down the Dalyan River meandering through the maze of reed-covered sandbanks,past meadows,edged with cypress trees and flowers which makes an excursion for any age groups..The journey takes about 1hrs 30min to get to Dalyan by coach then the rest of the day we spend on a type of river boat. Without Turtle Hospital programme : Firstly sail to the natural sulphur mud baths where you can cover yourself from head to toe in therapeutic mud ( said to take 10 years off you believe or not..!!)..You will have chance to see the Logger Head Caretta Caretta Turtles within the day indeed.. With Turtle Hospital programme ( Only Thursdays &Saturdays; with Mud Bath ) : When we arrive to Dalyan we will drive to the other end of the spit and sought out the Sea Turtle Hospital where we spend almost 1hrs 30min. which rescues and rehabilitates injured turtles..The center treats turtles that have been wounded in shark attacks in the sea, dog attacks on the shore during spawning periods, or after getting caught up in fishnets. They are looked after in giant water tanks until they are fully recovered.. After Mud Bath & Turtle Hospital visiting we stop at a riverside restaurant for a nice lunch then by boat to swim at the beautiful 7km stretch of the Caretta Caretta Beach home and breeding ground of the famous loggerhead turtles surrounded by salt water on one side and other side fresh water..On the way to the beach you will see the Lycian Rock Tombs which was home to kings and queens in 400 BC carved out of the cliff-face and our tour guide will tell you all about the history in the meantime..
