Child with Hypermobility, bendy, stretchy double joints, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
Darrian has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Hypermobility. He is 10 yrs old and loves drama, theater, singing and music. I took this to show what some signs of hypermobility EDS look like. I hope you can learn a little something or maybe you can relate. Please leave a comment after you watch. This is not something he does all the time, he is aware it will cause damage later. This was just for viewers information.

Pictures of a Hypermobile Scoliosis
These are a small collection of my daughters extremely hypermobile spine. She has now been diagnosed with a progressive double Scoliosis with a twist in the mid section. Apart from the visible changes to the spine more can be seen from the front with a large difference in each side of the rib cage but worse, the bottom left hand side is constantly dislocating with the ribs sometimes slipping underneath one another or as in the case of the pictures is jutting out causing a large lump. No copyright was intended in the use of this song which can be purchased for a small sum from any reputable music shop both online and off. Music: Incompetech

Bendy world..Rubber Plants & Hypermobility...
To make up for my missed video last week I decided to make the end of this one more interesting. Since having all my doctors asking me to "show them what I can do" when it comes to hypermobility joints I decided to share it with you guys also. Granted I am sore and in pain now I hope you enjoy!! :) Go straight to 4:50 to see what I mean. My question: If you are hypermobile do doctors ask you to "show them what you can do"? Also if you are hypermobile please do a video response showing something interesting you can do that won't injure yourself.

MORGELLONS Ehlers Danlos Joint Hypermobility Syndrome
Street life in Manchester had prepared her for a twenty year battle with doctors. In 1991 she became severely ill after reactions to dental anaesthetic. Strange, intensely itching sores erupted on her skin. She felt like she was dying. A blood test showed kidney failure but the doctor said there must have been a mix-up at the path lab. Strange particles oozed from the sores. Curiosity got the better of her but what she saw under the microscope was just the beginning of her nightmares. She had to find the truth, a logical explanation for this bizarre illness. Doctors shunned and publicly humiliated her. On the brink of emotional breakdown she finally found a doctor who recognised and diagnosed her illness as Ehlers-Danlos/Joint Hypermobility Syndrome. By strange coincidence, the doctor had this condition too. The battle was over; the mystery was solved... until her friend and fellow campaigner Nina Hogan came back into her life. Could it be that they both shared the same rare illness Ehlers-Danlos/Joint Hypermobility Syndrome, the same symptoms AND the same unexplained sores on their skin? Or was there something more sinister going on that involved thousands of others all over the world? ... MORGELLONS!

Hypermobility - Chiropractic Tips, Treatments and Techniques
chironerd.com http pirklchiropractic.com Dr.Pirkl practices diversified, manual technique and offers competent adjustments of the back, neck, and extremity joints. Often joints become restricted as a result of injury or neglect and respond very well to manipulation that increases flexibility and function. The adjustment itself is modified for each individual patient and improves range of motion, decreases pain, decreases spasm and improves nervous system function. Chiropractors are trained in the location of nerves and are experts at finding and removing any joint or muscular interference. In this way it is often possible to reduce pain and improve function in any joint or region of the body.

Benign Joint Hypermobility Syndrome
Benign joint hypermobility syndrome (BJHS) is a connective tissue disorder with hypermobility in which musculoskeletal symptoms occur in the absence of systemic rheumatologic disease. I put together this presentation as a project for my Pharmacology and Pathology class, and to help differentiate it from other disorders it may commonly be confused because of onverlapping symptoms. I hope this is found to be beneficial.

Hypermobility Syndrome and ME/CFS - I May Finally Be Near Having An Answer.
I have had nealy 2 weeks of much improved mobility. I think I may have found the cause of all of my strange symptoms and they could all relate to a condition I used to regularly see a consultant for when I was a child. I think the pieces of the puzzle might finally be coming into place. This might be a bit premature but I am so excited that I ight finally have the answer to my health problems.
