Our groundbreaking Emperor Series swords proved a huge hit with our customers. Their phenomenal cutting performance and durability took the industry by storm. However, we were aware that some of our fans and customers wanted a true battle ready sword, but hoped to find one at an even more affordable price.
With the creation of our Warrior Series we addressed this problem directly. We were able to reduce the costliness of the blades by omitting the expensive mirror polishing that we used on our Emperor Swords, making a new series of Japanese swords that still packed an astounding amount of performance, but with a more practical finish.
The Warrior Series swords share the same steel, heat treatment, and sharpness as their more expensive Emperor brethren. They have the same Samé covered, cord wrapped handles and quality fittings. In fact they mirror the Emperor Series in almost every respect except that they don't feature the deep and lustrous hand polish of their counterparts.
So, if you are in the market for a strong, good looking, reasonably priced Japanese sword with all of the battle ready performance that you have come to expect from Cold Steel, we know you'll be happy to own one of our Warrior Series swords.
All swords in the Warrior Series come complete with a black lacquered scabbard and a violet blue cover bag for storage and travel.

Our mighty Two Handed Great Sword is the biggest sword we make!
Weighing 6 lbs. 13.5 oz. with a 39 7/8" double edged carbon steel blade, it is a true battle ready beast that is capable of phenomenal cutting feats!
To protect the hands from opposing weapons, it features an extra-large guard with side rings and integral parrying hooks as well as a sturdy leather "secondary handle" that allow the wielder to "choke up" on the blade, shortening it for close range slashing and stabbing attacks.
Though renowned for its massive swinging cuts, the Great Sword is surprisingly versatile and deceptively maneuverable. It can parry, block and bind opponents weapons, and quickly slash, rake and stab with its twin edged blade and sharp point as well as delivering those giant destructive cuts that made it the stuff of legend.

Sometimes we accept user challenges here at The Slingshot Channel. When three young men challenged us to make a launcher for the Cold Steel "Torpedo" product, we immediately accepted.
But the heavy (2,2 lb) piece of steel with the two lethal tips is meant for throwing, not for shooting...

Sometimes we accept user challenges here at The Slingshot Channel. When three young men challenged us to make a launcher for the Cold Steel "Torpedo" product, we immediately accepted.
But the heavy (2,2 lb) piece of steel with the two lethal tips is meant for throwing, not for shooting...

It was clear: Only a huge launcher with perfect projectile guides would work.
The final weapon was build based on two U-shaped aluminum profiles, stabilized with wood. A dowel acts as a sabot.
The heavy "Torpedo" has enormous destruction potential. See how it pokes a huge hole into a car door and splits our oaken back stop boards right through the middle.
