Enos is an American television series from the 1980–1981 season that aired on the CBS network. A spinoff of The Dukes of Hazzard, Enos focused on the adventures of Enos Strate, a former small-town deputy in Hazzard County, after having moved to Los Angeles to join the L.A.P.D. Each episode featured Enos, alongside his partner Turk, and usually began and ended with Enos writing a letter to Daisy Duke in which told her of his adventures in Los Angeles. Enos Strate was portrayed by actor Sonny Shroyer in both series.
In an attempt to boost ratings, a number of characters from The Dukes of Hazzard (Uncle Jesse, Daisy, and Rosco) were brought in as guest stars but the show still failed to catch on. It was canceled after one eighteen episode season and the character consequently returned to The Dukes of Hazzard in the fall of 1982. In the CBS movie specials The Dukes of Hazzard: Reunion! (1997) and The Dukes of Hazzard: Hazzard in Hollywood! (2000), it was explained that Enos had returned to the L.A.P.D. where he was now a detective after having served on the force for fifteen years.

Plot: A timeless story of erotic manipulation and deceit given through a visual exploration of a series of almost static live-action paintings referencing archetypal images and characters such as Adam, Lilith, Cain and Abel. In a reversal of the traditional biblical tale, Fallen Adam passes on the fruit of knowledge onto Lilith, who takes a bite and thus receives the concept of sin. We then see Lilith and Abel hosting a feast, the Feast of Euphoria. With fake smiles drawn symbolically on their faces, Lilith passes on the sin onto the others, tainting everyone with her deceit, while trying to present the couple's relationship as idyllic and euphoric. In a familiar gesture that references the Last Supper, we can also see Enos whispering something into Cain's ear. Only later can we connect the dots... A love scene between Abel and Lilith ensues, first from the distorted point of view of Lilith. This appears idyllic and romantic. The truth though is far darker than this: In the second act we become witnesses of three different manifestations of Lilith. In the first we see her as a praying Mantis, which cuts off the male's head after they consummate. In the second, she is an Arachne (spider) spinning the web of deceit around Abel, blinding him from the truth. Finally we see Lilith in all her glory as a Leech, sucking Abel's life out through her slithering tentacles. In the last and final act comes the resolution. Abel has become aware of the dark truth, of the fact that Lilith has an affair with his own blood, his own brother, Cain. In a twist on the biblical tale, we see Cain and Abel about to have a gentlemen's duel. But Cain has truly received the Seal Of Lilith and deceiveth his brother once more...

Plot: Saul of Tarsus, a student of Jewish law, zealously persecutes early Christians. But after experiencing a blinding vision of Jesus while traveling to Damascus, where he intended to carry out more persecutions, Saul converts to Christianity. Changing his name to Paul, he becomes a tireless evangelist, preaching in the name of Jesus to Jews and Gentiles alike from the Near East to Rome. Saul is a student of Jewish law who is implacably opposed to the "heresy" of the Christian .He stands by as the Jewish religious court, the Sanherdrin, sentences Stephen to death by stoning for his Christian beliefs. The eager Saul even holds the coat of one of those who stones Stephen. Like the others, he doesn't see as the heavens open to Stephen, who says, "Behold, I see the heavens open, and the Son of Man standing on the right hand of God." Even the moderating influence of his teacher, Rabbi Gamaliel, has no influence on the hot-headed Saul. Saul unleashes a reign of terror against the Christians of Jerusalem. Some manage to flee to distance cities like Damascus, but Saul is determined to pursue them and bring them back to Jerusalem for punishment. As Saul gallops toward Damascus on his mission of persecution, he encounters a vision of Jesus which changes his life forever. A great light streaks down from heaven and knock him on the ground. Jesus appears to Saul out of the light and ask him "Saul, why do you persecute me?" "What would you have me do?" the terrified Saul asks Jesus. Jesus tells him to go into Damascus where he will learn his fate. His soldiers have to carry Saul there, as he has been struck blind by the vision. The Lord the appears in a dream to Ananias, a faithful Christian, telling him to lay his hands on Saul and giving him back his sight so that Saul can carry out his chosen mission- "Teach my gospel to the gentiles, to kings and to the children of Israel." " It is by Christ that I an healed and for given," Saul replied, promising to preach the word of Jesus in every synagogue. Saul recognizes himself as someone born anew- Paul. Meanwhile, Caiaphas' men relentlessly search for Paul, ready to punish him as once he punished others. The Christians community hiding Paul helps him escape from Damascuc, lowering him over the city walls in a basket. Paul journeys to the cities of the Mediterranean world, preaching the word of Jesus.
