A source had told dna: "She is an ideal combo of attractiveness and talent."
After the entire debacle with Shilpa Shinde, &TV replaced her with Shubhangi Atre on hit TV show Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai and the actress couldn’t be more excited.
Shubhangi said: “The show has a cult following and playing the character of Angoori is quite challenging. My job is now to understand the director’s vision and do complete justice to it. I hope the loyal fans of the show bestow the same love upon me as they have showered before. We have great bunch of talented actors with impeccable comic timing and I hope to re-create the same magic with them on screen.”
A source says, "She is an ideal combo of attractiveness and talent. People will love her. She will be a rage in the show." She added: “During the shoot, I was already very nervous, but everyone was so accommodating that I felt at ease.”

Last we heard, some claimed that CINTAA even issued a lifetime ban on Shilpa Shinde. But soon the chairperson of CINTAA rubbished such stories. Now, the actress has knocked the doors of MNS (Maharashtra Navnirman Sena).
With MNS' involvement in the issue, the matter has taken a political turn now. Raj Thackeray party MNS' leader Shalini Thackeray has come out in support of the actress and even conducted a press conference on the same on Thursday.
Talking to TV Times recently, Shilpa said, "I am sure that I have not done anything wrong. The entire matter has been explained to the members of Raj Thackeray's party MNS and they have assured their support to me."
