Steve Clemente
Steve Clemente (born Esteban Clemento Morro November 22, 1885 – May 7, 1950) was a Mexican actor known for his many villainous roles. He began acting in his teens, signing up for his first movie, The Secret Man, in 1917. His later roles were usually bit parts.
In 1922, he came to Hollywood to put on a knife demonstration for a disbelieving director. He was trusted to throw knives in movies that had to land an inch or two away from a celebrity. He always got right on target, and developed a good reputation for stunts. He was a known scene stealer and was famous for his villainous snarl. He later starred in such movies as The Most Dangerous Game (1932), playing Tartar, the second henchman of Count Zarrof and played the Witch King in King Kong (1933) and its sequel Son of Kong (1933).
After his last movie, Perils of Nyoka, he retired from the acting scene. On May 7, 1950, he died from a cerebral hemorrhage.

Francesco Clemente was born in Naples, Italy, in 1952. After an early academic background in classical languages and literature, he briefly enrolled as an architecture student at the University of Rome, in 1970. Throughout the 1970s he exhibited drawings, altered photographs and conceptual works across Europe. Since 1973 he has frequently resided and worked in India. The artist has often engaged in collaborations, both in India with local craftsmen, and in New York with artists Jean-Michel Basquiat and Andy Warhol, among others. He has published many works in conjunction with poets, including John Wieners, Allen Ginsberg, Robert Creeley, and Rene Ricard. Clemente's work has been the subject of numerous exhibitions across the world.

Steve Moore was appointed an FBI Special Agent in 1983 at the age of 25. He served as a Special Agent and Supervisory Special Agent for 25 years, retiring in 2008. Steve's early career was spent in covert operations against white supremacist organizations in northern Idaho and the northwest. Later, he led the investigations of many high-profile crimes in LA, including the first ever conviction for an anthrax threat, the Buford Furrow shooting/murder spree at a Jewish Community Center and the interdiction of a planned attack on California's second-largest oil refinery.
Steve was chosen to run the Los Angeles component of the 9/11 investigation and testified before the congressional "911 Commission." In 2002, he was named head of Al Qaeda investigations for the Los Angeles FBI and within a year was tasked with creating and running a squad responsible for the investigation of all acts of terrorism against the U.S. in Asia and Pakistan. This was and is the largest territory covered by a single squad in the FBI. Bombings of U.S. Consulates, luxury hotels and military personnel were standard fare for the squad. He established liaison and worked closely with the CIA and U.S. State Department. Steve received three DOJ awards for excellence in investigations, and was nominated for the FBI Director's "Outstanding Terrorism Investigation" award.
He has lectured on violent crime and terrorism at the International Law Enforcement Academy in Bangkok and served for a summer as a Legal Attaché at a U.S. Embassy. Five of his bureau years were spent on the LA FBI SWAT team as an assault "Operator" and sniper. Several more years were spent as an FBI helicopter pilot-in-command. Ultimately, Steve built up over 6,000 hours of airplane and helicopter flight time. He retired in June, 2008.
Jim Clemente is a retired FBI agent and current advisor, writer and producer for the TV series "Criminal Minds." A graduate of Fordham University School of Law, Jim was the head of the Child Sex Crimes Prosecution Team in Bronx County for the New York City Law Department. As a result of undercover work that led to the imprisonment of a child sex offender, Clemente was recruited into the FBI. From 1998 until October 2009 he was a Supervisory Special Agent in the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit in Quantico, Virginia. He is an expert in the fields of Sex Crimes Investigations, Sex Offender Behavior, Child Sexual Victimization, and Child Pornography. Clemente has investigated and consulted on thousands of cases involving the violent and sexual crimes, sexual victimization of children, and he has interviewed hundreds of victims and offenders. He has also testified as an expert witness and lectured on these topics across the country and around the world.

Chapter 14: Stairway to Heaven. Gameplay on Medium.
You start off at Marty's apartment. Joe calls you that he will come and pick you up and continue to make plans to pay back Bruno. Although, Joe says that first they have a job from Eddie.
After you leave Marty's apartment and down stairs outside to meet with Joe, Joe is standing next to a Smith Thunderbolt car, saying that Eddie has supplied them with it just for this job. Joe then says that they are going to Greenfield so get into the car with Joe and drive to Greenfield, but don't wreck the car. On the way there, Joe explains their hit. A family from outside Empire Bay has ordered the hit on an informant that they've managed to locate in Empire Bay. The target could be under witness protection.
When they arrive at the house, they see an old man (which is their target of course) in his 50s watering his front lawn. A short cutscene occurs, reenacting the ending of the first game as Vito and Joe execute the man on his front lawn.
When this ends, police will start to hunt you down and chase you though they are easy to escape, and even easier if you take a right, which leads to a repair shop. After you escape the police, Joe gives a share of his money, before he tells you to drop him off at Kingston. When you arrive and drop Joe off at Kingston, he leaves to collect his half of the $55,000. He also tells Vito to see Derek for an opportunity to make more money.

Vito drives down to the docks triggering a cutscene with Derek and Steve loading their guns about to teach some striking workers a lesson. Vito agrees to help, and makes his way down to one of the warehouses where the strike is about to take place.
It is here that one of the dockworkers reveal the truth about the death of Vito's father Antonio. Steve had apparently murdered Antonio on Derek's orders, drowning him to make it look like an accident from his drunken behavior. Angered by this revelation, Vito turns against Steve and Derek.
Steve and his henchmen is close to the start of this gunfight on the docks. Some of the dockworkers will help you during this scene. However, you will be alone when you face off against Derek and his henchmen in the warehouse. Derek will throw molotov cocktails down on you from the second level. Try to dodge these and make your way up stairs to Derek's office where you can eliminate him and the rest of his goons in relative safety.
Once Derek is finally dead, enter his office, Vito can find his 'retirement fund' on his desk. The amount received depends on how much money you currently have, it can be as low as $1000 to upwards of $26,000. Take this which will get you closer to the $27,500 you need to pay off your half of your debt to Bruno.
Here are hints that you can easily assassinate Derek and his goons: Drive your car straight into the warehouse to the end under the catwalk, kill the two workers standing behind the pillar, angle the car so you're facing the gastank (so they cant shoot it), and get rid of the remaining workers that come down the stairs, then stand just out of the catwalk (If they're shooting at you you're too far out), and throw grenades at Derek by angling them at the ceiling over the catwalk, and rushing out to pick off any remaining shooters. The money is yours and your car will automatically reappear outside because the warehouse doors don't reopen.
Another easy way: Drive your car into the water, the big warehouse door will close but the door to Derek's office will open. Just take cover behind the window and take out the guys who come up the stairs (a shotgun is recommended). When there are not many guys left take cover behind te crates upstairs and finish Derek either with the Molotov cocktails that lie on the crates or another weapon.
When you are finished at the docks you need to make some extra cash by either delivering cars to Mike Bruski or robbing stores. Gun stores usually carry about $400-600 each (along with free ammo) if the player manages to get rid of the cashier in time. The player can also rob Vangel's and can obtain a free coat on the way out. Once you've earned enough, head to Joe's to trigger the next cutscene.
However, it appears Joe isn't at home...
