Lord Jamar and DJ Vlad recently chopped it up for a live VladTV event, and the Brand Nubian rapper shared his thoughts on Bomani Jones' remake of the Cleveland Indians shirt, which read "Caucasians." The ESPN host wore the shirt to draw attention to the racism in sports logos, and Lord Jamar backed up Jones by saying the logos promote the systemic racism in our country.
After revealing that he identified with the Indian logos as a kid because of their darker skin, Lord Jamar went on to speak about looking up to athletes like O.J. Simpson, which led to a conversation about the hit mini series "The People Vs. O.J. Simpson." Lord Jamar admitted that he was happy about O.J. being found not guilty for murdering Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman, even though he believed O.J. murdered his ex-wife. He explained that it was one of the first times he saw a Black man get off on a case where many believed he was guilty.

Posing with a stack of money like it's a phone has become a growing trend in hip-hop today, and Lord Jamar spoke candidly to VladTV about how he wishes the trend would go away. Despite it being "some of the stupidest s***" Jamar has ever seen in his life, the Brand Nubian rapper pointed out that you'll never see a really rich person jumping on the trend. However, when DJ Vlad pointed out that Floyd Mayweather, who is worth hundreds of millions, is doing the money phone pose, Lord Jamar disputed that the boxer's millions are only impressive to minorities.
Earlier in the conversation Lord Jamar also spoke about Will Smith saying that there may be room for him in politics, which the East Coast rapper said could be a possibility. Before delving into his personal life, the actor brings up the most talked about women in the past couple of months: Rachel Dolezal and Caitlyn Jenner. Lord Jamar expresses his grievances with the two of them, though at the end of the day Rachel is still his "sweet Nubian neanderthal." He also sheds light on the past and current state of Black culture, how it's been stolen and feared by the White community for decades, and why he feels the future looks bleek if the government continues to anger the Black community. "Is this all coincidental that all these things are happening right now?" he rhetorically asks. "I just feel like they're really trying to incite Black people to do some s*** right now," he expresses before diving into his thoughts on present-day concentration camps. "They're already built," Lord Jamar believes. "And they're just waiting for a motherf***** to f*** up."
After touching on Lil B, America's alleged "gay agenda," and why Europeans ultimately fear a Black planet, the topic gets a little more personal when Lord Jamar revisits his upbringing. A young Jamar used to frequent the projects at a young age, and eventually began selling coke at just 13-years-old. Lord Jamar (born Lorenzo Dechalus, September 17, 1968 in New Rochelle, New York) is an American emcee and actor. He is a member of the hip-hop group Brand Nubian, which formed in 1989. As an actor, he is best known for his role of Supreme Allah on the TV series Oz. He has appeared on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Third Watch, and The Sopranos. He has also done production work for artists such as Dead Prez, Buckshot, Shaka Amazulu The 7th and Tom Browne. He released his debut solo album The 5% Album (an album dedicated to the Nation of Gods and Earths) on June 27, 2006. He also appeared in a much talked about episode of The (White) Rapper Show in which he criticized contestant John Brown for naming his company Ghetto Revival. Like his onscreen character on Oz, Jamar is a member of the Nation of Gods and Earths.

Afrika Bambaataa (born April 19, 1957) is an American DJ from the South Bronx, New York who was instrumental in the early development of hip hop throughout the 1980s. Afrika Bambaataa is one of the three originators of break-beat deejaying, and is respectfully known as the "Grandfather" and the Amen Ra of Universal Hip Hop Culture as well as the Father of The Electro Funk Sound. Through his co-opting of the street gang the Black Spades into the music and culture-oriented Universal Zulu Nation, he is responsible for spreading hip hop culture throughout the world. On September 27, 2007, he was nominated for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Afrika Bambaataa grew up in The Bronx River Projects, with an activist mother and uncle. As a child, he was exposed to the black liberation movement, and witnessed debates between his mother and uncle regarding the conflicting ideologies in the movement. He was exposed to his mother's extensive and eclectic record collection. Gangs in the area became the law in the absence of law, clearing their turf of drug dealers, assisting with community health programs and both fighting and partying to keep members and turf. Bambaataa was a founding member of The Bronx River Projects-area street gang The Savage Seven. Due to the explosive growth of the gang, it later became known as the Black Spades, and Bambaataa quickly rose to the position of warlord. As warlord, it was his job to build ranks and expand the turf of the Black Spades. Bambaataa was not afraid to cross turfs to forge relationships with other gang members, and with other gangs. As a result, the Spades became the biggest gang in the city in terms of both membership and turf.

William Henry "Bill" Cosby, Jr. (born July 12, 1937) is an American comedian, actor, author, television producer, educator, musician and activist. A veteran stand-up performer, he got his start at various clubs, then landed a starring role in the 1960s action show, I Spy. He later starred in his own series, the situation comedy The Bill Cosby Show. He was one of the major characters on the children's television series The Electric Company for its first two seasons, and created the educational cartoon comedy series Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids, about a group of young friends growing up in the city. Cosby has also acted in a number of films.
During the 1980s, Cosby produced and starred in what is considered to be one of the decade's defining sitcoms, The Cosby Show, which aired eight seasons from 1984 to 1992. The sitcom highlighted the experiences and growth of an affluent African-American family. He also produced the spin-off sitcom A Different World, which became second to The Cosby Show in ratings. He starred in the sitcom Cosby from 1996 to 2000 and hosted Kids Say the Darndest Things for two seasons.

Google says it has pulled a Chrome extension used by racists to identify and track Jewish people online following a detailed investigation by Mic, Engadget reported. The plugin, which went by the innocuous name “Coincidence Detector,” added a series of triple parentheses around the surnames of Jewish writers and celebrities ... The plugin was banned by Google for violating the company’s policy on hate speech....
