Do you "Run on Dunkin"? Here are 10 facts you may not know about the beloved coffee franchise:
Number 10. Supposedly, you can order your coffee over 15,000 different ways. These combinations consider all of the syrups, turbo shots, creamers and sweeteners on hand at each location.
Number 9. Dunkin' Donuts sells over 1.7 billion cups of coffee a year. An average of 30 cups per second.
Number 8. Each country that houses a Dunkin' Donuts has a uniquely created doughnut that represents the local cuisine and flavor. For instance, in China you can order the "Pork Floss". A glazed doughnut which is rolled in shredded dried pork.
Number 7. Currently, there are only two Dunkin' Donuts locations in the State of California.
Number 6. In 1948, founder William Rosenberg, opened his first donut shop under the name Open Kettle. The name changed to Dunkin' Donuts two years later.
Number 5. Dunkin' Donuts still uses the same initial coffee blend recipe of 1950 created by its founder, William Rosenberg.
Number 4. During a brainstorming meeting to discuss changing the name Open Kettle, an architect named Bernard Healy said, "What do you do with a chicken? You pluck it. What do you do with a doughnut? You dunk it." Thus, Dunkin' Donuts was born.
Number 3. During the late 1980's, there was a Dunkin' Donuts breakfast cereal.
Number 2. The wife of a franchisee owner in Hartford, CT invented the Munchkin by frying the donut centers as treats for the employees.
Number 1. Dunkin's Donuts has 2 mascots named Cuppy & Sprinkles. Before them, Dunkie the doughnut boy was the mascot during the 1950's.

In this week's "Will It Sushi?" episode, we stop by our local Dunkin' Donuts and pick up an array of different doughnuts to see if Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada can turn it into a sushi roll. The verdict is YES! And the taste was on point with all of our favorite doughnuts all in one. We would have preferred more creme or jelly but it was still a great tasting creation.
Also in this video was a visit from our friends from Deer Meat For Dinner, a phenomenal channel that highlights outdoor living whether it's hunting, fishing or diving, this is your channel to stop by and really soak up their amazing content. We will be doing some really great collaborations in the near future so be sure to keep an eye out for that!

Today was my lazy day!!
I think I had enough sugar today... haha
Well, the dozen donuts were $10.99
And the Venti Strawberry and creme Frappacino was $5.56?
Just another reminder that I did not finish all the donuts knowing that I wouldn't. I actually picked on it after i made the video and I will be taking some to work tomorrow. I love eating while I drive....( i drive about an hour to work everyday... ;( )
I love love lovee sweet things... especially donuts, cheesecakes, chocolate.. etc etc....
So if you like to watch me eat those things! I will be uploading them more often because I eat them alll the time :D

Will It Sushi? - Dunkin' Donuts
In this week's "Will It Sushi?" episode, we stop by our local Dunkin' Donuts and pick up an array of different doughnuts to see if Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada can turn it into a sushi roll. The verdict is YES! And the taste was on point with all of our favorite doughnuts all in one. We would have preferred more creme or jelly but it was still a great tasting creation. Also in this video was a visit from our friends from Deer Meat For Dinner, a phenomenal channel that highlights outdoor living whether it's hunting, fishing or diving, this is your channel to stop by and really soak up their amazing content. Today was my lazy day!! I think I had enough sugar today... haha Well, the dozen donuts were $10.99 And the Venti Strawberry and creme Frappacino was $5.56? Just another reminder that I did not finish all the donuts knowing that I wouldn't. I actually picked on it after i made the video and I will be taking some to work tomorrow. I love eating while I drive....( i drive about an hour to work everyday... ;( ) I love love lovee sweet things... especially donuts, cheesecakes, chocolate.. etc etc.... In this week's "Will It Sushi?" episode, we stop by our local Dunkin' Donuts and pick up an array of different doughnuts to see if Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada can turn it into a sushi roll. The verdict is YES! And the taste was on point with all of our favorite doughnuts all in one. We would have preferred more creme or jelly but it was still a great tasting creation.
Also in this video was a visit from our friends from Deer Meat For Dinner, a phenomenal channel that highlights outdoor living whether it's hunting, fishing or diving, this is your channel to stop by and really soak up their amazing content. We will be doing some really great collaborations in the near future so be sure to keep an eye out for that!

Just another reminder that I did not finish all the donuts knowing that I wouldn't. I actually picked on it after i made the video and I will be taking some to work tomorrow. I love eating while I drive....( i drive about an hour to work everyday... ;( )
I love love lovee sweet things... especially donuts, cheesecakes, chocolate.. etc etc....
So if you like to watch me eat those things! I will be uploading them more often because I eat them alll the time :D

Skinner is back from drill so we hit a pull workout today which will put us back on track as a group to do legs tomorrow. One of our boys Cody Fullerton joined us today, and you will probably start seeing him more in future videos. You can find his instagram on our last post he is tagged there. We started the workout off with some pull ups and lat pullovers to get our lats activated. Our first movement was bent over dumbbell rows, we did a warm up set with 135lbs, and three addition sets with 185, 205 and 225lbs for 8-12 reps. Moved on to seated v bar pulldowns to hit more of the middle of the back from a different angle. We did 4 sets here increasing weight each set staying between 12-15 reps. Skinner is back from drill so we hit a pull workout today which will put us back on track as a group to do legs tomorrow. One of our boys Cody Fullerton joined ...
Skinner is back from drill so we hit a pull workout today which will put us back on track as a group to do legs tomorrow. One of our boys Cody Fullerton joined us today, and you will probably start seeing him more in future videos. You can find his instagram on our last post he is tagged there. We started the workout off with some pull ups and lat pullovers to get our lats activated. Our first movement was bent over dumbbell rows, we did a warm up set with 135lbs, and three addition sets with 185, 205 and 225lbs for 8-12 reps. Moved on to seated v bar pulldowns to hit more of the middle of the back from a different angle. We did 4 sets here increasing weight each set staying between 12-15 reps. From there we went on to the bent over dumbbell rows you've seen us do before while leaning on the pad. It is a great position to really isolate the lats and the dumbbells help you work each side individually. Moving on to our first bicep movement we decided to do what we will call " Armageddon" because it is a brutal exercise. We each had a partner and alternated straight bar curls for 3 non stop sets of AMRAP(as many reps as possible). We completed 2 rounds of this exercise. Our last two movement we combined for a superset, we did seated underhand lat pulls with the EZ bar along with alternating full spinations. At this point our biceps were on their last leg but we pushed them through. We finished the workout with deadlifts. It is something we all want to make progress with. Cody hasn't done them for much so we worked on his form a little at the beginning but he picked it up very fast and was pulling 315lbs like it was nothing. So this will definitely be a movement we all do together next time and keep trying to get better!!
