Plot: A miracle happened in Brazil on the 1950's. Renowned modern art museums opened their doors to artists nobody ever heard of. Many critics pointed out that theses exhibitions revealed painters that should be ranked amongst the best brazillian artists of the century. It was written that this explosion of art and beauty was a sign that something comparable to the renaissance was happening in Riio de Janeiro. Behind this miracle there was no art academy, patron or dealer, only a psychiatrist, ridiculed by her colleagues, and a painting studio at a mental hospital, in the outskirts of town. The artists were schizophrenic, poor, hospitalized for several decades, abandoned by their families and hopeless according to their doctors. This film tells the story of this "Miracle" and the life of this rebellious, frail and engaging psychiatrist: Dra. Nise da Silveira.

Now Malta, Florindo, Porcina, and others must hold him down and explain the "truth" to their commoners, in a desperate attempt to save their own bottoms. Lima gives access to the mystical city of
Machu Picchu in the
Andes,
Lake Titicaca in the highlands, the lush
Amazon jungle and
Peru’s coastal desert. But, before you go to see all of this, it’s worth exploring the capital first.
Just like Peru’s landscapes, Lima is a city of contrasts: rich and poor, ancient and modern, practical and elegant, fascinating and entertaining. In Lima’s
Historic Center is the
Plaza de Armas, also known as the
Plaza Mayor. This is where the
Spanish explorer founded Lima and the
Lima Cathedral, contains the tomb of
Francisco Pizarro.
Next door, the
Government Palace is still the official seat of government today.
Outside of the city center are many more visitor attractions. The Bajada de los Baños in bohemian Barranco is home to the
Bridge of Sighs. In
Miraflores is
Huaca Pucllana, a pre-Columbian temple of some 1,
500 years old. The pleasant mansion of the
Museo Larco in
Pueblo Libre contains amazing pre-Columbian artifacts.
Lima’s parks is where the rich and poor find common ground.
Parque de las Leyendas is a zoo and Parque de Exposición has fountains to play in and an awe-inspiring light show.

Traveling is discovering thus enriching our understanding of the world beyond what we know. I, for one, discovered that every country I visited in the past was not just a place, rather a paradise of perfection. The treasure of every country is not limited to the beauty of

Buenos Aires Vacation Travel Guide | Expedia
http://www.expedia.com/Buenos-Aires.d178242.Destination-Travel-Guides
Named for good sailing winds,
Buenos Aires is the capital of
Argentina, and home to nearly a quarter of the country’s two million residents. Come for the stunning
European architecture, and stay for delicious cuts of meat, the city’s zest for soccer, and, of course, the tango.
“The
Paris of South America” boasts outstanding shopping and a friendly populace. A tour of Buenos Aires should cut through
La Boca Harbor, where you’ll find numerous street vendors, restaurants, and street dancers willing to give you a spin.
Wander down the streets to take in colorful artwork, and make a game out of asking the locals what neighborhood you should tour next. Here’s a hint: with so much to see, everyone will give you a different answer!
Some will tell you to visit
San Telmo for souvenirs, patio shopping, and crumbling historical buildings.
Others will suggest
Puerto Madero, a refurbished shipping port that boasts a mixture of old-world glamour and modern buildings. What everyone will suggest, however, is a stop by
Plaza de Mayo. There you can take in the rosy architecture of the
Casa Rosada, which was made famous by
Argentine First Lady Eva Peron and the musical about her life, “
Evita.” Take a tour and learn about her life, from her humble beginnings to her rise to power.
Cap off your Buenos Aires sightseeing with an evening walk through Puerto Madero, where you can get a late dinner and dance until the next day arrives.

The long lost, forgotten cities of
South America always were there in people’s imagination. In
Peru we can dream ourselves back into the empire of the
Incas, into the age of the
Sun God and the ruthless conquistadors.
We can travel the
1000 year old
Inca trail, travel through the
Sacred Valley and take a walk in the amazing ruins of
Machu Picchu. We can meet kechua and uro indians, we can buy their traditional clothing and listen to their songs and music. From an airplaine, we can try to solve the secret of the
Nazca lines, we can take a train to the
Altiplano, we can travel through the paradise of the
Paracas Paninsula on boat, we can take a look at the monuments of
Lima and
Cuzco, and follow
Thor Heyerdahl’s path, when we sit into a boat on the
Titicaca lake.
