Breakfast: Berry Chia Oats // Calories: 707
1 cup soy milk
1 scoop Livwell Nutrition Raw Cacao Protein Powder
1 banana
1 cup of each: strawberries, blackberries, cherries
2 tbsp chia seeds
40g oats
Directions: blend the soy milk, protein powder and banana. Pour into a bowl or container. Stir in the oats and chia seeds. Add the berries and allow to soak overnight or for a couple of hours.
Lunch: Baked Sweet Potatoes with Baked Beans // Calories: 694
200g Baked Beans (I used a can of Amy's Organic)
350g Baked sweet potatoes (cut into fries and bake at 400F for about 40 minutes on parchment paper)
1 TBSP tahini
140g spinach
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 cup salsa
Directions: Arrange everything in a bowl and devour. NOM.
Dinner: Red Lentil Chili with zucchini noodles // Calories: 708
(Use 1/3 of the following recipe for 1 portion)
Red Lentil Chili Recipe:
1 cup red lentils
200g bacon tempeh
1 large can (796g) crushed tomatoes
220g mushrooms
3 stalks celery
150g sweet corn
Spices to taste: garlic powder, chilli powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt
The rest:
600g zucchini (about 2 large)
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp tahini
Directions:
1)In a large pot, bring 3 cups water + crushed tomatoes + lentils + chopped bacon tempeh + spices to a boil.
2) Reduce heat and simmer for 15 min.
3)Then add chopped mushrooms, corn, celery and simmer for another 10-15 min, or until everything is cooked to your liking.
Serve on a bed of zucchini noodles (TIP: use a vegetable peeler to make the noodles if you don't have a spiralizer). Top with tahini and nutritional yeast.
Dessert: approx 100 calories of chocolate

Sweetness
Sweetness is one of the five basic tastes and is universally regarded as a pleasurable experience, except perhaps in excess. Foods rich in simple carbohydrates such as sugar are those most commonly associated with sweetness, although there are other natural and artificial compounds that are sweet at much lower concentrations, allowing their use as non-caloric sugar substitutes. Examples of foods that may be used as non-sugar sweet substitutes include saccharin, aspartame, acesulfame potassium, sucralose, xylitol, erythritol, and stevia. Other compounds, such as miraculin, may alter perception of sweetness itself.
The chemosensory basis for detecting sweetness, which varies between both individuals and species, has only begun to be understood since the late 20th century. One theoretical model of sweetness is the multipoint attachment theory, which involves multiple binding sites between a sweetness receptor and a sweet substance.

Banana
The banana is an edible fruit, botanically a berry, produced by several kinds of large herbaceous flowering plants in the genus Musa. In some countries, bananas used for cooking may be called plantains. The fruit is variable in size, color and firmness, but is usually elongated and curved, with soft flesh rich in starch covered with a rind which may be green, yellow, red, purple, or brown when ripe. The fruits grow in clusters hanging from the top of the plant. Almost all modern edible parthenocarpic (seedless) bananas come from two wild species – Musa acuminata and Musa balbisiana. The scientific names of most cultivated bananas are Musa acuminata, Musa balbisiana, and Musa × paradisiaca for the hybrid Musa acuminata × M. balbisiana, depending on their genomic constitution. The old scientific name Musa sapientum is no longer used.
Musa species are native to tropical Indomalaya and Australia, and are likely to have been first domesticated in Papua New Guinea. They are grown in at least 107 countries, primarily for their fruit, and to a lesser extent to make fiber, banana wine and banana beer and as ornamental plants.

1 cup soy milk
1 scoop Livwell Nutrition Raw Cacao Protein Powder
1 banana
1 cup of each: strawberries, blackberries, cherries
2 tbsp chia seeds
40g oats
Directions: blend the soy milk, protein powder and banana. Pour into a bowl or container. Stir in the oats and chia seeds. Add the berries and allow to soak overnight or for a couple of hours.
Lunch: Baked Sweet Potatoes with Baked Beans // Calories: 694
200g Baked Beans (I used a can of Amy's Organic)
350g Baked sweet potatoes (cut into fries and bake at 400F for about 40 minutes on parchment paper)
1 TBSP tahini
140g spinach
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 cup salsa
Directions: Arrange everything in a bowl and devour. NOM.
Dinner: Red Lentil Chili with zucchini noodles // Calories: 708
(Use 1/3 of the following recipe for 1 portion)
Red Lentil Chili Recipe:
1 cup red lentils
200g bacon tempeh
1 large can (796g) crushed tomatoes
220g mushrooms
3 stalks celery
150g sweet corn
Spices to taste: garlic powder, chilli powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt
The rest:
600g zucchini (about 2 large)
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp tahini
Directions:
1)In a large pot, bring 3 cups water + crushed tomatoes + lentils + chopped bacon tempeh + spices to a boil.
2) Reduce heat and simmer for 15 min.
3)Then add chopped mushrooms, corn, celery and simmer for another 10-15 min, or until everything is cooked to your liking.
Serve on a bed of zucchini noodles (TIP: use a vegetable peeler to make the noodles if you don't have a spiralizer). Top with tahini and nutritional yeast.
Dessert: approx 100 calories of chocolate

Breakfast: Berry Chia Oats // Calories: 707
1 cup soy milk
1 scoop Livwell Nutrition Raw Cacao Protein Powder
1 banana
1 cup of each: strawberries, blackberries, cherries
2 tbsp chia seeds
40g oats
Directions: blend the soy milk, protein powder and banana. Pour into a bowl or container. Stir in the oats and chia seeds. Add the berries and allow to soak overnight or for a couple of hours.
Lunch: Baked Sweet Potatoes with Baked Beans // Calories: 694
200g Baked Beans (I used a can of Amy's Organic)
350g Baked sweet potatoes (cut into fries and bake at 400F for about 40 minutes on parchment paper)
1 TBSP tahini
140g spinach
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 cup salsa
Directions: Arrange everything in a bowl and devour. NOM.
Dinner: Red Lentil Chili with zucchini noodles // Calories: 708
(Use 1/3 of the following recipe for 1 portion)
Red Lentil Chili Recipe:
1 cup red lentils
200g bacon tempeh
1 large can (796g) crushed tomatoes
220g mushrooms
3 stalks celery
150g sweet corn
Spices to taste: garlic powder, chilli powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt
The rest:
600g zucchini (about 2 large)
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp tahini
Directions:
1)In a large pot, bring 3 cups water + crushed tomatoes + lentils + chopped bacon tempeh + spices to a boil.
2) Reduce heat and simmer for 15 min.
3)Then add chopped mushrooms, corn, celery and simmer for another 10-15 min, or until everything is cooked to your liking.
Serve on a bed of zucchini noodles (TIP: use a vegetable peeler to make the noodles if you don't have a spiralizer). Top with tahini and nutritional yeast.
Dessert: approx 100 calories of chocolate

I remember waking up to the smell of bánh xèo (literally "sizzling cake") every Sunday morning 😛☕️, thanks to my loving mother. I have so many fond memories of the dish and I'm so excited to give you a taste of Vietnamese home-cooking. Bánh xèo is a savory crepe with 🍤 shrimp, 🐷 pork, bean sprouts, and onions and the dish is best served with a side of lettuce, Vietnamese mints and herbs, and fish sauce. This was my first attempt at making the dish and I think I did alright; mother would be real proud. Dior foundation- I love this foundation now, I've tried it again recently and its all I've worn the past week, you need to use around 3 pumps for a full coverage which isn't ideal with the price, but I love the finish! Our mother Christine is today a vibrantly healthy woman loving life and feeling good, but 18 years ago she was in a car accident that changed her her life for the worse! The accident left her with neurological damage in the head and neck, headaches, epilepsy, pain and debilitation. But what she went through made her stronger.
Four years ago today, she changed her diet towards a whole food, plant based, raw vegan diet with a focus on raw fruits and vegetables in an effort towards optimizing her health so that she may heal from her injuries more efficiently and stop further aggravation of the nerves by consuming a diet that is not conducive to health.
Animal products and other high fat, high protein foods as well as refined, processed, denatured cooked foods cause inflammation and toxicity in the body which would further irritate nerves and cause more pain. The obvious solution; to consume the healthiest diet on earth - our natural, specie specific diet of mainly raw fruits and some tender vegetables!
We are frugivores by all standards of anatomy, physiology and biochemistry! By eating our natural diet we provide our body its needs while avoiding to cause it damage by introducing toxins and other taxing factors. Fruit is the ultimate food for humans!
In this video we interview our mother about the details of her accident, and the benefits she has experienced after changing her diet. Today she eats a mostly raw food diet, with the addition of some high carb, low fat cooked foods to make up for the lack of quality fruit in Norway!
Her story is inspirational to anyone seeking better health or trying to heal from disease. She went from headaches every day, epilepsy, pain and tons of pills to feeling much better, reducing her medication by about 90 % and running regularly. The amazing effects of transitioning to our natural raw vegan diet never cease to amaze me and I wonder what would happen if the whole world adopted a plant based diet more appropriate to our physiology!

I remember waking up to the smell of bánh xèo (literally "sizzling cake") every Sunday morning 😛☕️, thanks to my loving mother. I have so many fond memories of the dish and I'm so excited to give you a taste of Vietnamese home-cooking. Bánh xèo is a savory crepe with 🍤 shrimp, 🐷 pork, bean sprouts, and onions and the dish is best served with a side of lettuce, Vietnamese mints and herbs, and fish sauce. This was my first attempt at making the dish and I think I did alright; mother would be real proud. Next time, I hope to get a crispier crepe (apparently, beer does the trick... not coconut cream!). 👌🏼
But, you know me - I couldn't just have one meal. I decided to pick up my favorite soup of all time, Bún bò Huế (Spicy Beef & Pork Noodle Soup). Every Vietnamese person claims to have a favorite "Bún bò Huế" joint, and I am no different; I've listed the restaurant below.
As I described in the video, "PHO" is clean 👼🏼 but "Bún bò Huế" is dirrrty 😈 - get on it.

Dior foundation- I love this foundation now, I've tried it again recently and its all I've worn the past week, you need to use around 3 pumps for a full coverage which isn't ideal with the price, but I love the finish! I think I just wasn't used to something different to my MUFE stick foundation.
Nars concealer- I prefer the finish of this to the radiant creamy concealer but its not as full coverage in my opinion so I've been putting this over the top of the radiant creamy concealer, keeping it lower down under my eyes to stop it creasing and I really like it.
MUFE bronzer- This doesn't work with any other brushes that I have that well, but it's really nice with the Mac 135 brush, no other brushes apply it the same, need to play around with it more!

YSL Primer- Love love love it, been using it everyday for the last week, works really nice with other foundations too.
