"
It's very unfair, 1237. The reason it's very unfair and I think
I'll get it, I think we'll get there. But the reason it's very unfair is the following. When I started there was 17 candidates.
People never say this.
I've never even heard it said. I didn't have it candidates or four cndaites. I had 17. Most of those candidates were accomplished people."

8. (SOUNDBITE) (English) DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE HILLARY CLINTON SAYING:
"But I also think it's important to draw some pretty clear lines between what I think most
Americans and certainly what I know most
New Yorkers believe about who we are as a people, what the values of our country are against some of what we're hearing from the other side and you know it's both Donald Trump as we are well aware but also
Ted Cruz."
9. (SOUNDBITE) (English) DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE HILLARY CLINTON SAYING:
"When you, as I've said before about
Donald Trump's appearances his rhetoric his demagoguery, when you incite violence you are acting like a political arsonist.
And I want people to understand there's a very different way of working toward our common ground that we have to seek and find in order to move our country forward. We may have differences of course we do but we don't condone violence we don't say will pay the legal fees of people who punch other Americans who are protesting attending an event that is just not appropriate behavior when you're running for president."
STORY: U.S. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said on Sunday (April 3) the
Grand Old Party's delegate requirement to win the presidential nomination is "unfair."
"It's very unfair, I have to get 1237 but a lot of those early there was so many candidates that if you've got 30 percent or 25 percent you'd win and it would be an unbelievable victory," Trump told reporters in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The businessman stopped for breakfast at Miss
Katie's
Diner in
Wisconsin's largest city where he talked about his Republican rivals. Trump said he believed
Ohio governor John Kasich should not be allowed to run.
"Kasich shouldn't be allowed to run," Trump said. "He hurts Trump more than he hurts Cruz."
The Republican frontrunner also attacked his
Democratic rival over his plate of eggs. He said former
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has "terrible judgment."
"I think she was terrible as a person that made terrible mistakes like Bengazi, like Libya. You know that ISIS taken over Libya and they have the Libyan oil right. ISIS. That was Hillary Clinton's baby," Trump said.
Hillary Clinton for her part continued her criticism of Donald Trump during an interview on
NBC's "
Meet the Press."
"As I've said before about Donald Trump's appearances his rhetoric his demagoguery, when you incite violence you are acting like a political arsonist. And I want people to understand there's a very different way of working toward our common ground that we have to seek and find in order to move our country forward. We may have differences of course we do but we don't condone violence we don't say will pay the legal fees of people who punch other Americans who are protesting attending an event that is just not appropriate behavior when you're running for president," Clinton said.
