Song structure
Song structure or the musical forms of songs in traditional music and popular music are typically sectional, repeating forms used in songs, such as strophic form and is a part of the songwriting process. Other common forms include thirty-two-bar form, verse-chorus form, and the twelve bar blues (the latter is used in blues and blues rock. Popular music songs are rarely composed using different music for each stanza of the lyrics (songs composed in this fashion are said to be "through-composed", an approach used in classical music). Pop and traditional forms can be used even with songs that have structural differences in melodies. A common format is intro, verse, pre-chorus, chorus, verse, pre-chorus, chorus, bridge ("middle eight"), verse, chorus and outro.

Chapters and verses of the Bible
The Bible is a compilation of many shorter books written at different times by a variety of authors, and later assembled into the biblical canon. All but the shortest of these books have been divided into chapters, generally a page or so in length, since the early 13th century. Since the mid-16th century, each chapter has been further divided into "verses" of a few short lines or sentences. Sometimes a sentence spans more than one verse, as in the case of Ephesians 2:8–9, and sometimes there is more than one sentence in a single verse, as in the case of Genesis 1:2. As the chapter and verse divisions were not part of the original texts, they form part of the paratext of the Bible.
The Jewish divisions of the Hebrew text differ at various points from those used by Christians. For instance, in Jewish tradition, the ascriptions to many Psalms are regarded as independent verses or parts of the subsequent verses, making 116 more verses, whereas the established Christian practice is to treat each Psalm ascription as independent and unnumbered. Some chapter divisions also occur in different places, e.g. 1 Chronicles 5:27–41 in Hebrew Bibles is numbered as 1 Chronicles 6:1–15 in Christian translations.

1632 series
The 1632 series, also known as the 1632-verse or Ring of Fire series, is an alternate history book series and sub-series created, primarily co-written, and coordinated by Eric Flint and published by Baen Books. The series is set in 17th-century Europe, in which the small fictional town of Grantville, West Virginia, in the year 2000 was sent to the past in central Germany in the year 1631, during the Thirty Years' War.
As of 2015, the series has five published novels propelling the main plot and over ten published novels moving several subplots and threads forward. The series also includes fan-written, but professionally edited, collaborative material which are published in bi-monthly magazine titled The Grantville Gazettes and some collaborative short fictions.
Series overview
The 1632 series began with Flint's stand alone novel 1632 (released February 2000). It is, excepting the lead novel and the serialized e-novel The Anaconda Project (2007), virtually all collaboratively written, including some "main works" with multiple co-authors. However, Flint has mentioned contracts with the publisher for at least two additional solo novels he has in planning on his website. Flint, whose bibliography is dominated by collaborative work, claims that this approach encourages the cross-fertilization of ideas and styles, stimulating the creative process and preventing stale, formulaic works.

Day (automobile)
The Day Utility was an automobile manufactured in Detroit, Michigan by the Day Automobile Company from 1911-14. The Day used a four-cylinder, 30 horsepower (22 kW) engine and shaft drive. Removal of the rear seat and doors allowed the car to be converted from a five-seater touring car to a light truck in one minute. As a truck, the Day was able to carry up to 1,000 lb (450 kg) in a 36-inch (910 mm) by 96-inch (2,400 mm) cargo space. The rear seat could be lifted away by triggering two spring locks. The Day had an advertised price of $950US.

Here's a quick rundown of what you're about to learn:
First, I’ll show you the five main musical elements that every song contains: Melody, harmony, rhythm, and structure. You can start writing your song with any of these elements, and complete it in any order.
I’ll be starting my song with the structure, and I’ll explain why starting with the structure can make your songwriting workflow extremely effective.
After choosing the structure, you’ll learn how to start choosing chords for your song. If you aren’t familiar with music theory, don’t worry - you can download a MIDI pack with the chords I’ll be using here.
Once the harmony is covered, you’ll work with it to begin creating a melody with ideas that you’ve collected. I’ll also loop sections of the song and show an awesome function in Ableton that can help you write more effectively.
Next, I’ll look at creating a drum groove that will fit over my song using LANDR samples and Ableton drum rack.
Once the groove is taken care of, I’ll begin the lyric writing process. I’ll show you my approach to writing lyrics for the chorus, and share some more tools that can help you in the lyric writing process.
In the end, you'll have a handful of actionable strategies that you can use to create an awesome song.

After analyzing the intro, verse, and chorus, you’ll go to the bridge. You'll discover what elements help make the bridge feel different than the rest of the song.

Here's a quick rundown of what you're about to learn:
First, I’ll show you the five main musical elements that every song contains: Melody, harmony, rhythm, and structure. You can start writing your song with any of these elements, and complete it in any order.
I’ll be starting my song with the structure, and I’ll explain why starting with the structure can make your songwriting workflow extremely effective.
After choosing the structure, you’ll learn how to start choosing chords for your song. If you aren’t familiar with music theory, don’t worry - you can download a MIDI pack with the chords I’ll be using here.
Once the harmony is covered, you’ll work with it to begin creating a melody with ideas that you’ve collected. I’ll also loop sections of the song and show an awesome function in Ableton that can help you write more effectively.
Next, I’ll look at creating a drum groove that will fit over my song using LANDR samples and Ableton drum rack.
Once the groove is taken care of, I’ll begin the lyric writing process. I’ll show you my approach to writing lyrics for the chorus, and share some more tools that can help you in the lyric writing process.
In the end, you'll have a handful of actionable strategies that you can use to create an awesome song.

Song structure
Song structure or the musical forms of songs in traditional music and popular music are typically sectional, repeating forms used in songs, such as strophic form and is a part of the songwriting process. Other common forms include thirty-two-bar form, verse-chorus form, and the twelve bar blues (the latter is used in blues and blues rock. Popular music songs are rarely composed using different music for each stanza of the lyrics (songs composed in this fashion are said to be "through-composed", an approach used in classical music). Pop and traditional forms can be used even with songs that have structural differences in melodies. A common format is intro, verse, pre-chorus, chorus, verse, pre-chorus, chorus, bridge ("middle eight"), verse, chorus and outro.
