Director at Edgar Cayce's A.R.E. (Association for Research and Enlightenment) since 1969, John Van Auken discussed the "Sleeping Prophet's" visions and thoughts on reincarnation.
Cayce believed that souls similar to ours exist in different forms in other dimensions and planets, and that it's possible to communicate with them. Further, he said that the human body was evolving into a new form, and that we would eventually have 12 chakras (energy centers) instead of seven. Since birth, James Leininger started having nightmares about flying, weapons and a plane accident. Shortly after the nightmares started, James started to recall his previous life as a fighter pilot. He told his father that he used to take off from a boat called the Natoma and knew the name of a co-pilot named Jack Larson. Later, his father found that there was a Pacific ship named the Natoma . It also found that there was a pilot named James M. Huston Jr. who had been killed in his plane at Iwo Jima, Japan and Jack Larson was still alive.

Georgia Rudolph, A woman from Macon, United States had reoccurring dreams of a young girl since she was a child. As Georgia grew older, the incidents became more frequent. James Arthur Flowerdew, a retired Captain from Norfolk, England experienced strange visions from his adolescence of a stone city carved into a cliff. One day, he watched a BBC documentary on the ancient city of Petra in Jordan and immediately recognized it as the city of his visions. Later he identified the locations of many landmarks correctly that had yet to be excavated. Many experts said that Flowerdew had more knowledge of the city than many professionals studying it.

Gus Taylor from the Midwestern U.S. was 18 months old when he started to say that he was his own grandfather. His grandfather had died a year before Gus was born. Gus identified “Grandpa Augie” in some family photographs when he was 4 years old. The family was stunned when Gus started to talk about something that the 4-year old was never told.

Bruce Kelly suffered from three overpowering phobias, a fear of flying, enclosed spaces, and water. He went to a hypnotherapist who specializes in past-life regression. Under hypnosis, Bruce was plunged into the life of a sailor named James Edward Johnston from Jacksonville, Alabama, who had drowned in a submarine during World War II. Five years after being hypnotized, Bruce visited Johnston’s hometown and found out Johnston’s family members were still alive.

At the age of 4, Edward Austrian showed a terrible phobia of dark, gray, drizzly days. He developed a problem with his throat with severe pain and had a sore throat. Edward told his mother about his previous life in France as a soldier being in World War I. Since the age of 2, a boy named Cameron Macauley from Glasgow told his mother about his previous life recollections on an island called Barra, off the west coast of Scotland. Egyptian Aviation Minister Sherif Fathi said a terrorist attack was more likely to have taken down the missing EgyptAir aircraft early Thursday morning rather than technical failure, Gulf News Egypt reported.
