Religion to some people is rubbish thing, but to some people religion is the center part of their life. Secular view think we should celebrate the life on earth, because life is too short, they don't need God to intervene their life. They think they are doing fine without God, so even they feel there is God, but they don't want to acknowledge God. They feel self-sufficient; they become their own master, so they don't need God rule over them. They just want to enjoy this life, they don't believe there is judgement in "after-life", so they just follow their heart do things they want and omit the consequence of their behaviors. They focus on "self-centered"; they want their own identity, so they think believe in God will lost their identity as a human. They want to "live better, help often, wonder more"; all use their own power to achieve the goals. Atheist is another kind of religion and it is another type of belief. They have assembly to singing, sharing, donation and social together, it is like another community event or show. Their focal point is human itself to discover goodness of people. It is good thing that atheist seeking the goodness of people, and majority of religions also encourage believers to be good people. The different is religion seeking more than just goodness of this world, it also seeking for higher spiritual being in this universe. Basically religion is for people who want to seek gods or true God beyond this material world. Human have desires to seek higher power source than them, but don't know how to find this source, so they create "false religions" to satisfy their desires and their need. There are so many "false religions" in this world, different people can create their own religions, caused people so confused about religions. Religious extremists did even worst behaviors, they use force to kill unbelievers and terrify the world. "False religions" worship false gods, use human sacrifice and prostitutes as their rituals, then power struggles and political influence get into religions, and cause lots of conflicts and wars. It put a very bad reputation on the name of “religion". No doubt about that there are some "bad religions" and "bad religious people", it put oil onto burning fire, cause unbeliever hate the religions and think all the religions are the same, they all put illusion teaching into human mind. No wonder the people without religious belief called "religion is the poison to our life". In the time of troubles and conflicts, so that religion name can be used as scapegoat or easy target of all the problems in this world. One of human sinful nature is "count others fault", they think themselves are righteousness, so they can pinpoint others mistakes. Bad religions and bad religious people can't represent the whole religions, at the same token, bad atheist can't represent the whole atheist group. People think all religions are the same, it only encourage people do good deeds and be a good person, but also provide spiritual calmness to believers. A religion is not for own personal material gain, true religion should give people the solid foundation to build their character, change their life from inside out. If a religion divide people, religious people pretty easy become extremist; fight for their belief, in this aspect, that religion is poison to our life. If a religion just teach people become their own god, can do anything, no standard of right or wrong, no sin and no consequences, in this aspect, that religion is poison to our life. Religious people will do bad things, and people without religious belief will do bad things also. Basically, it is not simple religion problems to put poison into our life; it is our "sinful nature” put poison into our life. The atheist rulers killed more people than religious people. The religious people establish more charity works and social reforms in this world. All the world problems are come from human themselves, no matter people are religious or nonreligious. Christianity shows us why human have sinful nature? How to overcome this problem? Christianity actually is not religion, because it is not human creation, and it is God reveled teaching, show us the way of human life.
