"All we truly know is how we feel" -Tyler Frumusa(me) All that we truly know about anything and everything ever, is how we feel. Facts, information, and knowledge on an intellectual level mean nothing as themselves. Its the definitions, feelings, images, and situations that we associate the information with, and ultimately our perception at the time, which defines what the information means to us and how it affects our individual perspective/reality. So what does this mean to you? Well to start, no one can tell you what's right for you. No one. Because no one can tell you how you feel about something. But don't panic, because you were born knowing what IS right for you. You can tell by how something feels to you, personally, as yourself, by yourself, disregarding any faulty judgment, what it means to you. Example #1: If you are engaging in one of your favorite activities that makes you feel good and are inspired to an idea that feels good to you, follow it. We often contradict that good feeling good idea when we remind ourselves of our current reality and overthink the unnecessary logical possibilities and stuff like how it is to come about, how you may have not done that before, telling the wrong person about it too soon, or how it is unlikely for whatever stupid bullshit reasons society has tried to convince you("tried" because they're deemed unsuccessful in that you are reading this now), etc. That's called doubt and doubt sucks. Don't ever doubt you or anything you want for you. You can have it all and you deserve it all, by default. You were born infinitely worthy of all that you want. People tell you otherwise because they listened to more people that didn't know. You don't have to prove anything to anyone, but yourself. Example #2: If you're doing something or engaging in a now accepted activity that doesn't make you feel good or as good as you want to, for example, talking to a specific person for some reason you've become accustomed to talking to and you just dont believe that you can find someone better to talk to(talk to yourself instead) or we'll say watching TV (i.e. The News), and you're watching something that makes you feel bad or maybe even lower than that(depressed, sad, etc.), do yourself a favor, turn off the fucking TV. And tell that person that you deserve better than them so they can fuck off with their energy draining negativity(or just easily, allowingly, and knowingly follow your inspiration to newer relationships(choose this way.)) That's a true example of loving yourself. Anything less is, well, indeed, less. Now you know the true meaning to "Loving Yourself". So in respective terms, if you are unhappy with something(a relationship, a situation, even a thought you keep thinking, anything) do yourself a favor and discontinue that to the best of your ability, follow the path of least resistance, respectively from where you are toward the desire that this unwanted experience has brought you to hatch.
