Korea is most definitely not a law abiding democratic nation. It is a violent criminal organization which is ruled by money and power_ Korea's major companies bribe prosecutors and judges to use the law in their own way_ In return, those so-called "government officials" will be invited over to the companies after retirement. Bribed judges ignore crimes committed by the companies, or minimize the debt they owe to society. However, they arrest and critically judge the innocent and the weak_ They are baseless simpletons who are as dangerous as drunken drivers and thieves with, knives in their hands. My name is Chae Moon Lee, an ex-pilot of Korean Airlines_ I have flown for over 30 years. During my career, I was arrested for accusing Korean Airlines' illegality. So I came to Canada as a refugee and have been receiving protection and welfare (approximately $600/month) since then. I accuse Korean Airlines for using unqualified pilots for 40 years. They allow inexperienced pilots, helicopter pilots, or even aircraft engineers to pilot the plane. Once they fulfill certain amounts of time requirement (e.g.: five years as an aircraft engineer), then they will change their workplace to the very front part of the plane. Pilot licenses should be given after successful practical tests. But Korean Airlines substituted such important tests with simple oral tests. Airline Transport Pilot licenses should have consisted of flight tests on twin-engined planes, but it was easily given after passing written tests of only FIVE subjects of study. They sold the licenses for 5 million won (Korean currency). Although it is prohibited by the International Civil Aviation Organization, Korean Airlines hired pilots over the age of sixty_ Many pilots at Anchorage drank alcohol and played cards all night before flights. Coordinates should be inputed while the plane is perfectly on'the ground. If this was not done, then the airplane would fly to the wrong destination. These accidents-happened in the past_ Due to pilot's irresponsibility, the plane entered the sky of the Soviet Union and was shot down_ The Korean government must come up with the solution. They -must execute practical flight tests: with airplanes_ Furthermore, the International Civil Aviation Organization (I.C.A_O) must not hesitate to fully investigate the violations Korean Airlines has committed_ Also, it is many people's belief that Korean Airlines should be demoted to 2"d grade aviation country and prohibited from the international flights_ I hereby officially file a case at the ICAO_ It is my greatest hope that you would thoroughly investigate these allegations and render an appropriate punishment_ The Aviation Law of Korea Section 29-2.(Execution of qualifying practical skills exam by means of flight simulator Etc.)
