You literally won't find a more simple, no bake chocolate mousse recipe - smooth, creamy & perfectly chocolately, this is a dream dessert you can whip up in minutes.
Aaaand, here are the ingredients!
600ml whipping cream (35% milk fat)
200g dark chocolate (or milk!)
For the chocolate bowls (these are extra ingredients if you want to take it a little further)
300g melted dark COMPOUND chocolate (compound chocolate doesn't contain the ingredient cocoa butter)
100g melted white chocolate
Fresh raspberries & mint to garnish

Ingredients:
1 Package chocolate wafers (9 oz)
4 cups heavy cream (1 cup in double boiler, 2 cups for whipped cream that will be make up the mousse filling, 1 cup for whipped cream on top)

Chocolate Mousse - an elegant, smooth, airy and chocolaty dessert. This is a dessert served in many restaurants and may seem complicated or sophisticated. Don't be afraid to give this chocolate mousse a try, it's not difficult at all. Actually it's quite easy and will surely impress your guests.
Ingredients:
Makes 2-3 servings
5.5 oz (150 g) dark chocolate
3 eggs, separated
3 tbsp (50g) butter
1/4 cup (50g) sugar
flavors - you choose (rum, orange, zest, lemon zest, mint, etc)
Directions
1. Melt chocolate over a bain-marie until smooth. Add butter and incorporate until well blended.
2. Whip egg whites until foamy with a mixer and gradually add the sugar whipping the whole time until it holds very stiff peaks.
3. Beat the yolks with your chosen flavor ingredients, add to chocolate mixture.
4. Fold in a spoonful of the whites into chocolate mixture then pour chocolate into the remaining whites and fold gently until well combined.
5. Pour the mousse into serving bowls. Wrap with plastic and refrigerate few hours or overnight. Decorate if desired before serving.

Flourless Chocolate Cake with Coffee Mousse - decadent flourless chocolate cake topped with a soft airy coffee mousse. Gluten-free cake perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
Makes about 8-10 servings
Flourless Chocolate Cake
1/2 cup (110g) butter
5 oz (150g) semisweet chocolate
3 eggs, separated
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
1 tbsp (8g) unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch of salt
Coffee Mousse
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
1 1/2 tbsp (12g) cornstarch
2/3 cup (160ml) warm milk
1/2 tsp (3g) vanilla extract
1 tbsp (4g) instant coffee
1/2 tbsp (5g) gelatin powder
2 tbsp cold water
1 cup (240g) whipping cream, 35% fat, chilled
1. Grease and line a 8-inch (20 cm) springform pan (with a removable base) with parchment paper. Separate egg yolks from whites. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt chocolate and butter over a bain-marie until smooth. Let it cool slightly. Add yolks one at a time and stir well.Stir in cocoa powder and salt.
3. Whip egg whites until foamy using a mixer. Gradually add sugar and whip until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped whites into chocolate mixture.
4. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes. Let it cool completely in the pan over a cooling rack.
5. Prepare the coffee mousse. Stir egg yolks with sugar until creamy and pale yellow colored. Stir in cornstarch. Gradually whisk in the warm milk until completely combined.
6. Place the yolks mixture into a small saucepan and cook over low heat while stirring until boils and thickens.
7. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and instant coffee. Let it cool.
8. Dissolve gelatin in 2 tbsp cold water and let it swell for about 5 to 10 minutes. Place over low heat just until the gelatin dissolves and then pour it over coffee mixture.
9. Whip the the cold whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually incorporate into coffee mixture.
10. Spread the coffee mousse over the chocolate cake in the pan, using an offset spatula.
11. Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hrs or overnight to set before serving.
12. Run a warm knife around the edges of the cake to remove the sides of the pan.
13. Dust the top of the cake with cocoa powder.
14. Using a warm knife cut the cake into slices and serve.

I'm using fresh mango puree and combine it with home-made whipped cream, then layer the mousse over a layer of simple sponge cake. If you want to turn this cake into an easy, no-bake recipe, just use a golden Oreo crust. Combine 1 1/2 cups of Oreo crumbs with 1/4 cup melted butter and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan.

Learn how to make Chocolate Mousse at home in just a few easy steps.
Are you a fervent chocoholic? If yes, then this chocolate mousse recipe is just perfect for you. Indulge in the goodness of velvety smooth chocolate and we bet, you can't resist the second serving. Check out Ruchi Bharani's take on this recipe.
Ingredients:
200 grm Chocolate
3/4 cup Cream
8 Oreo Cookies
1 & 1/2 tsp Melted Butter
3/4 tsp Gelatin
2 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Caramel Syrup
1 cup Whipped Cream
Method:
- In a bowl put dark chocolate and cream and microwave it
- Whisk the melted chocolate and cream and let it cool
- Grind the oreo cookies into a fine powder
- Add melted butter to oreo cookie powder and mix it well
- Make a thin layer in the base of the serving glass and refrigerate it for few mins.
- Soak Gelatin in water for at least 5 mins and add it to the chocolate mixture
- Add caramel Syrup and whisk it and refrigerate it for about 10 mins
- Add whipped cream to the chocolate mix and mix it well with a spatula
- Pour the chocolate mousse onto the oreo cookie base serving glass
- Set for another 15 mins in freezer
- Garnish it with whipped cream, chocolate piece and oreo cookie on top and the dessert is ready to be served.

To print the recipe check the full recipe on my blog: http://www.homecookingadventure.com/recipes/flourless-chocolate-cake-with-coffee-mousse Ingredients Makes about 8-10 servings Flourless Chocolate Cake 1/2 cup (110g) butter 5 oz (150g) semisweet chocolate 3 eggs, separated 1/2 cup (100g) sugar 1 tbsp (8g) unsweetened cocoa powder pinch of salt Coffee Mousse 2 egg yolks 1/2 cup (100g) sugar 1 1/2 tbsp (12g) cornstarch 2/3 cup (160ml) warm milk 1/2 tsp (3g) vanilla extract 1 tbsp (4g) instant coffee 1/2 tbsp (5g) gelatin powder 2 tbsp cold water 1 cup (240g) whipping cream, 35% fat, chilled 1. Grease and line a 8-inch (20 cm) springform pan (with a removable base) with parchment paper. Separate egg yolks from whites. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Melt chocolate and butter over a bain-marie until smooth. Let it cool slightly. Add yolks one at a time and stir well.Stir in cocoa powder and salt. 3. Whip egg whites until foamy using a mixer. Gradually add sugar and whip until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped whites into chocolate mixture. 4. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes. Let it cool completely in the pan over a cooling rack. 5. Prepare the coffee mousse. Stir egg yolks with sugar until creamy and pale yellow colored. Stir in cornstarch. Gradually whisk in the warm milk until completely combined. 6. Place the yolks mixture into a small saucepan and cook over low heat while stirring until boils and thickens. 7. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and instant coffee. Let it cool. 8. Dissolve gelatin in 2 tbsp cold water and let it swell for about 5 to 10 minutes. Place over low heat just until the gelatin dissolves and then pour it over coffee mixture. 9. Whip the the cold whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually incorporate into coffee mixture. 10. Spread the coffee mousse over the chocolate cake in the pan, using an offset spatula. 11. Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hrs or overnight to set before serving. 12. Run a warm knife around the edges of the cake to remove the sides of the pan. 13. Dust the top of the cake with cocoa powder. 14. Using a warm knife cut the cake into slices and serve. Chocolate Mousse - an elegant, smooth, airy and chocolaty dessert. This is a dessert served in many restaurants and may seem complicated or sophisticated. Don't be afraid to give this chocolate mousse a try, it's not difficult at all. Actually it's quite easy and will surely impress your guests.
Ingredients:
Makes 2-3 servings
5.5 oz (150 g) dark chocolate
3 eggs, separated
3 tbsp (50g) butter
1/4 cup (50g) sugar
flavors - you choose (rum, orange, zest, lemon zest, mint, etc)
Directions
1. Melt chocolate over a bain-marie until smooth. Add butter and incorporate until well blended.
2. Whip egg whites until foamy with a mixer and gradually add the sugar whipping the whole time until it holds very stiff peaks.
3. Beat the yolks with your chosen flavor ingredients, add to chocolate mixture.
4. Fold in a spoonful of the whites into chocolate mixture then pour chocolate into the remaining whites and fold gently until well combined.
5. Pour the mousse into serving bowls. Wrap with plastic and refrigerate few hours or overnight. Decorate if desired before serving.

Ingredients
Makes about 8-10 servings
Flourless Chocolate Cake
1/2 cup (110g) butter
5 oz (150g) semisweet chocolate
3 eggs, separated
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
1 tbsp (8g) unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch of salt
Coffee Mousse
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
1 1/2 tbsp (12g) cornstarch
2/3 cup (160ml) warm milk
1/2 tsp (3g) vanilla extract
1 tbsp (4g) instant coffee
1/2 tbsp (5g) gelatin powder
2 tbsp cold water
1 cup (240g) whipping cream, 35% fat, chilled
1. Grease and line a 8-inch (20 cm) springform pan (with a removable base) with parchment paper. Separate egg yolks from whites. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt chocolate and butter over a bain-marie until smooth. Let it cool slightly. Add yolks one at a time and stir well.Stir in cocoa powder and salt.
3. Whip egg whites until foamy using a mixer. Gradually add sugar and whip until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped whites into chocolate mixture.
4. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes. Let it cool completely in the pan over a cooling rack.
5. Prepare the coffee mousse. Stir egg yolks with sugar until creamy and pale yellow colored. Stir in cornstarch. Gradually whisk in the warm milk until completely combined.
6. Place the yolks mixture into a small saucepan and cook over low heat while stirring until boils and thickens.
7. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and instant coffee. Let it cool.
8. Dissolve gelatin in 2 tbsp cold water and let it swell for about 5 to 10 minutes. Place over low heat just until the gelatin dissolves and then pour it over coffee mixture.
9. Whip the the cold whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually incorporate into coffee mixture.
10. Spread the coffee mousse over the chocolate cake in the pan, using an offset spatula.
11. Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hrs or overnight to set before serving.
12. Run a warm knife around the edges of the cake to remove the sides of the pan.
13. Dust the top of the cake with cocoa powder.
14. Using a warm knife cut the cake into slices and serve.

Are you a fervent chocoholic? If yes, then this chocolate mousse recipe is just perfect for you. Indulge in the goodness of velvety smooth chocolate and we bet, you can't resist the second serving. Check out Ruchi Bharani's take on this recipe.
Ingredients:
200 grm Chocolate
3/4 cup Cream
8 Oreo Cookies
1 & 1/2 tsp Melted Butter
3/4 tsp Gelatin
2 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Caramel Syrup
1 cup Whipped Cream
Method:
- In a bowl put dark chocolate and cream and microwave it
- Whisk the melted chocolate and cream and let it cool
- Grind the oreo cookies into a fine powder
- Add melted butter to oreo cookie powder and mix it well
- Make a thin layer in the base of the serving glass and refrigerate it for few mins.
- Soak Gelatin in water for at least 5 mins and add it to the chocolate mixture
- Add caramel Syrup and whisk it and refrigerate it for about 10 mins
- Add whipped cream to the chocolate mix and mix it well with a spatula
- Pour the chocolate mousse onto the oreo cookie base serving glass
- Set for another 15 mins in freezer
- Garnish it with whipped cream, chocolate piece and oreo cookie on top and the dessert is ready to be served.

Mango Mousse with Raspberry Gelee Shots
Makes 14 – 16 small glasses
INGREDIENTS
For Raspberry Gelee:
120 grams ( 1 cup) Fresh/ Frozen raspberries
45 grams ( 3 tbsp) Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Unflavored Gelatin
1 tbsp Cold water
For Mango Mouse:
150 grams ( ¾ cup) Mango puree
40 grams ( 3 tbsp ) Granulated sugar
5 grams ( 1.5 tsp ) Unflavored Gelatin
2 tbsp Cold water
250 ml Whipping Cream
Vanilla Sponge Cake
½ Chopped Mango
For Garnish:
50 grams Compound white Chocolate
14 – 16 Fresh Raspberry
1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
14 – 16 Sugar Pearls

This white chocolate strawberry mousse cake is a delicate and elegant summer dessert, refreshing and most of all really flavorful.
Just imagine, a crispy crust, a soft white chocolate mousse layer followed by a fruity mousse layer and everything topped with fresh
strawberries which also bring a bit of texture and flavor. Simply delicious.

Ingredients
Makes about 10 servings
Crust
9 oz (250 g) digestive biscuits/graham crackers
6 tbsp (80 g) coconut oil or butter, melted
White Chocolate Mousse
7 oz (200g) white chocolate
12 oz (350g) whipping cream (35% fat), cold, divided
1/2 tbsp (5g) gelatin powder
2 tbsp (30g) cold water
Strawberry Mousse
10 oz (300g) strawberries
1/4 cup (50g) sugar
1/2 tbsp (5g) gelatin powder
2 tbsp (30g) cold water
7 oz (200g) whipping cream (35% fat), cold
Topping
fresh strawberries, cut in thin slices
1. Prepare the strawberry sauce so it has time to cool before preparing the strawberry mousse. Cut the strawberries in quarters. Place the strawberries and sugar in a small saucepan and place over medium heat just until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and puree using a blender. Set aside while you prepare the gelatin.
2. Dissolve gelatin in 2 tbsp cold water and let it swell for about 5 to 10 minutes. Place over low heat just until the gelatin dissolves and then pour it over strawberry puree. Let the strawberry mixture cool at room temperature while you prepare the rest.
3. Prepare the crust. Place the biscuits/graham crackers into the bowl of a food processor. Blend until crumbs form. Add melted
coconut oil or butter and process until completely combined.
4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a non-stick 8 inch (20 cm) springform pan using the back of a spoon. Refrigerate until you
prepare the white chocolate mousse.
5. Prepare the white chocolate mousse. In a heat proof bowl add the chocolate and 5 oz (150g) whipping cream. Place the bowl over a saucepan with simmering water, over low heat until all the chocolate is melted. Meanwhile dissolve gelatin in 2 tbsp cold water and let it swell for about 5 to 10 minutes. Place the gelatin over low heat just until the gelatin dissolves and pour it over the melted chocolate mixture. Let cool completely.
6. Whip the remaining 7 oz (200g) cold whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Add melted chocolate mixture and mix until well combined.
7. Pour the chocolate mousse over the crust and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes to set.
8. Prepare the strawberry mousse. Whip the cold whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Add the cooled strawberry mixture and mix until well combined. Pour over the set white chocolate mousse.
9. Refrigerate for about 4 hrs or overnight to set before serving. Run a warm knife around the edges of the cake to remove the sides of the pan.

Phần mousse chanh leo
Nước cốt chanh leo - 100gr (khoảng 4 quả)
Đường - 80gr
Gelatin - 10gr (khoảng 2 lá)
Kem tươi - 230ml
Lớp gương ở trên
Nước cốt chanh leo - 75-80gr (khoảng 3 quả chanh leo)
Đường - 70-80gr
Gelatin - 5gr (khoảng 1 lá)
Hạt chanh leo - Vừa đủ để trang trí bánh
Hướng dẫn:
1. Làm phần mousse chanh leo
Kem tươi các bạn để vào tủ đá khoảng 10-15 phút cùng với que và bát dùng để đánh kem (mục đích là để đánh kem dễ bông hơn nhé) rồi lấy ra đánh cho kem bông mềm. Các bạn lưu ý là làm mousse chanh leo thì chỉ đánh kem bông mềm thôi nhé, đánh bông cứng lát nữa trộn với chanh leo kem dễ bị tách nước là hỏng đấy.
Chanh leo bổ đôi, dùng thìa nạo lấy hạt cho vào rây, dùng thìa quết cho ra hết nước. Để được khoảng 100gr nước cốt chanh leo thì các bạn cần dùng khoảng 4 quả nhé. Cho đường vào khuấy cho đường tan hết. Vớt hoặc dùng tăm chọc cho hết bọt
Gelatin ngâm vào nước cho mềm, vắt sạch nước rồi thêm vào một ít nước sôi để nguội, cho vào lò vi sóng quay khoảng 30s cho gelatin tan hoàn toàn. Lấy ra khuấy cho nguội bớt rồi đổ gelatin vào phần nước cốt chanh ở trên trộn thật đều.
Sau đó cho phần nước cốt chanh leo và gelatin ở trên vào tô đựng kem tươi đã đánh bông, nhẹ nhàng trộn đều cho tới khi được hỗn hợp đồng nhất thì đổ vào khuôn, cho vào tủ lạnh để khoảng 3 tiếng.
2. Làm lớp gương trang trí
Hòa tan đường và nước cốt chanh leo.
Gelatin ngâm mềm rồi cho một ít nước vào quay vi sóng cho tan hết rồi đổ vào hỗn hợp chanh leo và đường ở trên, khuấy đều cho nguội hoàn toàn rồi đổ lên lớp bánh mousse chanh leo (đã để trong tủ khoảng 3 tiếng cho đông rồi nhé). Cất vào tủ lạnh.
Sau khoảng 30 phút, các bạn rắc hạt chanh leo lên trên. Do lớp gương đã se mặt nên hạt chanh leo sẽ nổi lên trên trông rất đẹp mắt nhé.
Sau đó cho vào tủ lạnh, để cho đông hoàn toàn là có thể ăn được rồi
