At one
point in the history of the franchise airborne infantry was all about how fast you could cheese someone. That is not what will be showcased here.
Airborne infantry openers are powerful and highly effective at gaining ground. There are far more cost effective transport options for infantry but this one relies on one thing
... speed.
This video explains why you would do this opener, where you would do this opener, when it is effective and when it is ineffective. You will also find out how this kind of an opener is countered in your builds and how you move on from after your initial airborne infantry deployment.

Words defined:
Airborne Infantry: Infantry deployed in a helicopter. These vehicles travel 6x as fast as land vehicles and can cover vast amounts of terrain very quickly.
F&F;:
Fire and forget. This is a method of deployment in which the launcher will be able to launch more than one missile at a time. They are generally less accurate... but provide burst damage.
AoE:
Area of effect damage. After a unit is struck with a missile with this sort of damage, all of the enemies around it take damage.
Air Superiority Fighter: Any air plane with missiles capable of destroying another plane.
