Get a glimpse of one day in the life of Ron Burke, North America’s leading trainer in 2014. This video, which is part one of a three-part series, begins at Burke’s home as he gets ready for the day. Then it’s off to The Meadows for jogging and training (including Go-Pro footage of Burke in the jog cart), followed by a trip to his nearby training center.
