Bola Kampung

Bola Kampung is a Malaysian animated television series about kampung boys who are lunatic about football. The story is set in a kampung named Gong Lechar in the Pohon Bambu district; this story revolves around a group of adolescents who have great passions towards football. However, they only play it for the sake of fun. Not until the principal Mr Daud and the newly appointed coach, Mr Abdul Rahman decided to form a football team representing their school in the inter school competition. Ivan, the protagonist who adores Zinedane Zidane so much, leads the team in its struggles to become the best in the district. Alas, his dream is against by his father, Azman who doesn’t want Ivan to suffer the same fate as him. Azman was once a national player who suffered a tragic fate that tarnished his football career. With the support of his friends, Donovan and Samual, Ivan manage to steer aside the problems and emerges as the backbone of the team. With togetherness, the team strives to overcome challenges that come along the way in order to achieve their dreams.

The Movie

"The Movie" is the 54th episode of the sitcom Seinfeld. It is the 14th episode of the fourth season, and first aired on January 6, 1993.

Plot

The episode begins with Jerry ranting in a stand-up comedy monologue about age gaps in employment:

A night filled with miscommunication begins when Jerry has two stand-up acts scheduled for the same night. At first, the Improv manager, Kernis (played by actor Tom La Grua), tells Jerry that the show has been delayed. Jerry is upset that he must lose his on-stage slot; he is more upset when, after telling Kernis, "You don't understand. I got this all timed out. I got another spot across town at 9:50, I'm not gonna be able to make it!" - he then learns, when he shows up at the other comedy stage later, that his spot was for 9:15, not 9:50.

Adding to Jerry's distress is the fact that a hopeful comedian, Buckles (Barry Diamond), "hangs around hoping that somebody drops out." Buckles always bores and pesters Jerry.

Jerry tells Kernis that he'll agree to lose his moment at the microphone, saying, "I'm supposed to meet my friends to see this [fictional] movie, CheckMate, at 10:30."

Weekly Young Jump

Weekly Young Jump (Japanese: 週刊ヤングジャンプ, Hepburn: Shūkan Yangu Janpu), launched in 1979, is a weekly Japanese magazine that publishes various seinen manga in each issue. It is published by Shueisha under the Jump line of magazines. The chapters of series that run in Weekly Young Jump are collected and published in tankōbon volumes under the "Young Jump Comics" imprint every four months. The manga series within the magazine target mature male readers and tend to consist of a large amount of violence and a fair amount of ecchi and gambling.

Weekly Young Jump has a two special issues, called Miracle Jump (serializing monthly) and Aoharu (serializing irregurlarly). And Weekly Young Jump also has a sister magazines called Ultra Jump, Grand Jump (created after the fall of Super Jump and Business Jump), and Jump X.

History

Weekly Young Jump was launched in 1979 as Young Jump (stylized YOUNG JUMP) and was designed to be a seinen (or more adult) alternative to their popular Weekly Shōnen Jump anthology that targets a younger male audience. The Young in Weekly Young Jump is a manga magazine cliché that is the translation of "seinen" meaning "young" or "youth." In 2008 Rozen Maiden from Monthly Comic Birz was set to restart in the Weekly Young Jump magazine. Also in 2008 an offshoot issue similar to Monthly Shōnen Jump was released called Monthly Young Jump.
