Welcome to our 5th season! We will have the full schedule of films for #WUFF2016 next week. Check back here often for more updated information. We have powerful and provocative programs on Black Lives Matter, The Fight for $15, global and domestic income inequality, womens' rights to equal pay and to control their own bodies, immigration rights, workers' rights to organize a union, fight for workplace dignity and fair wages, as well as the stunning multi-media production of Every Fold Matters.EFM is a hybrid performance mix of film and theater, which looks at the charged, intimate, unseen and underpaid work of cleaning other people's clothes in a public space. As told by female employees inside a neighborhood laundromat, this stunning new production highlights many of the ongoing themes of the Workers Unite Film Festival 2016.

The Festival aims to showcase student and professional films from the United States and around the world which publicize and highlight the struggles, successes and daily lives of all workers in their efforts to unite and organize for better living conditions and social justice.

Don't Miss Films #WUFF16 - Profiled

You missed this special free screening of Profiled, but you can catch this powerful new film on May 7th at Cinema Village as part of the Black Lives Matter programs during the festival.
The Workers Unite Film Festival is honored to preview this powerful and important film dealing with the issues of #BlackLivesMatter and police violence against working people of color.
